The furniture was of good quality and very reasonably priced. Problems surfaced when I was told my order was ready and did I want to arrange for morning or evening delivery. I wanted to wait until my wife was home, so I chose evening (the salesman neglected to inform me of what was actually meant by "morning" and evening"). I knew I had to OK the delivery, so I was concerned when I hadnt heard from Mor by 11:30 on the day of delivery. Calling "Customer Service(?)" is a joke. Dont waste your time. Go back to the store. Seriously, youll save a TON of time. I was told that my delivery was indeed scheduled for that evening and the truck would be there between 8PM and MIDNIGHT!!! Seriously...no joke. Thats the scheduled delivery times for this store! Out of curiosity, I asked what the "morning" delivery hours were...10AM to 4PM...(really?) I tried to stress that I had to get up and work 12 hour shifts starting at 5AM the next day and had to get up by 3:45am. Midnight would be a bit on the late side for me. I was given the choice of a late delivery or a reschedule date. Both were poor choices since my old stuff was already gone, and the truck was already loaded and its delivery schedule was set. I had no choice but to accept a late delivery. By the time the set up was done, I was in bed by 11:40PM. But to his credit, my salesman, CK, did everything in his power to adjust my delivery time. He spoke with the manager and the warehouse supervisor. He humbly admitted the fault for not informing me of the delivery times was his, and I appreciated his honesty. In the end he offered to credit me the $90.00 delivery fee for my inconvenience. I found this to be satisfactory. Im extremely satisfied with the furniture and the outstanding customer service I received IN the store. But again, I warn you of the generally poor customer service via phone or internet. Other than the inconvenient delivery time and the 2 Red Bulls I needed to get through the next day, I couldnt be more pleased with my purchase.

MiMohammed was great and showed us exactly what we came in for and helped us feel at ease. We enjoyed our tour of the place and learning about each piece. Mohammed really knows his furniture and mattresses. We will definitely be back. Edited 3/2/15 the reason Im changing my rating is because of the delivery mess up that happened. We received a text message that our delivery would be from 11am-3pm so we were excited that it was coming sooner than expected but then right before 11am I get another text message that it would not be delivered between 8pm-12am. So I called the number on the message and according to the customer service rep, after holding for about 20 minutes, that they had a computer glitch that had sent it false delivery reports. That really sucked because we had everything cleared out and cancelled our daily agenda we had already planned. So nothing has changed about the service Mohammed provided he was great. That just goes to show that free isnt always good. So for all you future shoppers of Mor Furniture beware of a possible delivery screw up. Thanks again Mohammed you were awesome and its not your fault. Edited again 3/2/15 3:49pm now this is what I call great customer service and the reason I changed my rating back to 5 stars. I got a call from the Mor warehouse operational manager and apologizes for the computer glitches that occurred with our delivery time. She received an email from the store manager asking what the heck happened, I guess after they saw that I changed my rating on this review . Long story short they made me feel not like a customer but like a family member that will be taken care in case of any problems. Yes they dropped the ball with the delivery but they picked it up and slammed dunked it home. Thank you for your above and beyond help. I will definitely spread the word on how great you guys are to work with and how my situation was handled.

I went to this store to buy my furniture because it has a good rating on google. But I am really disappointed after I bought sofa from them. ( ALTHOUGH I still managed to solve the problem by going into the store and talked to the showroom manager. They have a really good service in the store, but not over the phone or the web.) The reason that I am disappointed is because they sent me a sofa with a wrong cushion on it.The delivery man told me that they will replace the cushion the next day, so expect to get a call from MorFurniture. But I never get that call from them, so I decided to call them (ALSO, the delivery time window that they texted me was 7PM~11PM, but they came at around 12:40AM). During the call I made sure that the customer service rep know that I need the cushion on the left side of the sofa replaced because it is a wrong piece, and I had her tell me what is wrong with the sofa, and she clearly knows what is wrong with it. But the thing is she told me I had to wait for 4 more days to get the cushion because the delivery schedule is full, I wasnt happy, but I said ok. So!!!!!, 4 day has past. Today, a guy from MorFurniture came. I was really surprised that when I open the door, the guys said hello and asked me "WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE SOFA?" I replied "The left cushion of the sofa is wrong" and he told me to show him the sofa. After he looked at the sofa, he said he doesnt have the cushion with him, and some one will probably come back tomorrow with the cushion, so expect to get call within 48 hours. Great, now I have to wait again, and I dont trust them to give me a call or will come back tomorrow with the right cushion. So, you guys have same day delivery. IS IT THAT HARD!!!! to REPLACE the RIGHT cushion?????? Why do you guys have to take that LONG to just REPLACE the cushion.

My girlfriend an I have recently relocated to Arizona. We were looking to fully furnish a new apartment when we arrived at Mor. We had been to numerous furniture locations trying to find the best deals and furniture that was right for us. When we arrived at Mor Furniture Aaron was as the door ready to greet us. He was very friendly and informative about what Mor could offer and where we should begin looking. My girlfriend an I loved that he was not pushy and gave us time to privately discuss what we liked and disliked (something that many of the other stores/salesman did not do). Aaron kept a eye on us and was there when we had a question and was very helpful when it came to sizing furniture, discussing price, colors and the benefits of buying from Mor. At the particular time we were not ready to purchase, this didnt bother Aaron at all-- he continued helping us, gave us his business card and told us we could contact him with any questions we might have. After visiting a few more stores we decided that we wanted to purchase from Mor. When we arrived back at Mor Aaron was not available, having worked in customer service we wanted to make sure our sale went to Aaron. Wade (sales manager) was available at the time and he was happy to help us, he discussed warranties and delivery options as well as the new deals they were currently running. We ended up purchasing an icomfort mattress, headboard/footboard, and a sofa/love-seat combo. We would recommend both Aaron Leitz and Wade Shobe to anyone looking to purchase furniture, it was obvious that this store worked as a team and was looking out for the best interest of the customer! Our experience at Mor was a 10 out of 10 and we would highly recommend this store to others!
