We ordered a few things through them and also went in a lot to view products. Shane was APPROACHABLE FRIENDLY AND EDUCATED (as were ALL the sales guys we worked with) at helping us know the differences between pieces, fabrics, etc. We found what we wanted, ordered, and they delivered it all correctly and set it up perfectly. One piece needed fixing and they had someone out immediately to fix it, no biggie. We bought here because of their sales guys being honest and non pushy. We dont like pushy and we like to have answers to all our questions, Best Deal provided both. I buy everything from them just for that reason, Ive gotten dressers, beds, etc. If you need to furnish a house, start with them. Only advise I have is keep your order form. They dont have one person/secretary over the deliveries, so you need to keep your order form for making sure it goes smoothly. (I find this with most companies) PS they do have a lot of cheaper in price items which are great for starter homes and they also have very high end expensive items, we purchased both and both are GREAT QUALITY! We got the kids cheap dressers and they are high quality enough that I went back and bought me one too, we also bought an expensive leather sectional and they beat the price of RC Willey and everyone on that same sectional! we saved $$! Thanks BEST DEAL!

seems like a good price and the customer service was ok. My issue was when I picked of the sofas. Out of 3 one was damaged, interesting thing was employee claimed ashley furniture damaged it AND so he was aware that it was damage, but only told me after the sofa fell off the hand truck going to my trailer. At that point it was very obvious there was a lot of damage to the box, at that point I ask to open it up, yep damage to the sofa, their initial response was just to put the brand new damaged sofa against the wall so it wasnt visible. Nice. After some negotiating they said they could either order a new sofa OR refund me $100. I should have made them reorder it, but I was running them down to st george and that would have been a huge headache. So I agreed to the $100. 2 Weeks later I havent gotten a dime. They got me, thats fine, I buy a ton of furniture for staging homes, Ill just go to Knights Furniture to purchase any Ashley furniture I like. First time Ive purchase from them and the last. Buyer beware!!!

We have not bought our furniture yet, but we are in the market for something for our living room. In the five other stores weve been to, we have felt run over by the people anxious for their commission, pressured into choosing things we dont want, and overall just pushed out of our comfort zone. At Best Deal, the process was explained to us about how we could choose different styles and colors of what was on the floor, and then we were left to it on our own, without having to ask for that. The rep checked on us a couple of times to answer questions, but wasnt overbearing or pushy. The prices really are great (we didnt find anything lower). Well definitely be back there soon when were ready for our furniture!

I purchased a high end mattress from Best Deal Mattress & Furniture in October of 2011. This was the same mattress that other high end stores (RC Willey, etc) sold but for a much better price. I bought a king size mattress and it is so soft and incredible to sleep on. The mattress is a really thick one, and it both soft (with a pillow top) yet just firm enough that I do not feel like I am sleeping in a foam pit. It is perfect for what I needed and wanted. Additionally, the staff at Best Deal was very very helpful and delivered on everything they told me they would. I have referred multiple friends and family back their since. I would personally recommend shopping with them for any furniture related needs.

I would actually use a zero if there was zero rating. This company doesnt care about the customer. They delivery people started unloading the wrong couch, than when they did get the right one, Not all the boxes were there. When I opened the coach and started putting it together the frame was broken. What a joke! Once again I called and talked to Michael and he told me that at least one or two pieces come broken on their delivery trucks. That is a sure sign it is not quality furniture. He wanted to charge me 25% to take back his junk couch. Dont get the headache or run round we did. Dont go here. Very diappointed!. Still waiting for the piece that broke 1 month later!

After shopping around, I landed at Best Deal and without any hesitation ordered a livingroom set and bedroom set. I was amazed at how inexpensive their furniture was compared to the other stores for the EXACT same furniture. Let alone how friendly the customer service was. They helped me when I needed it and let me be when I didn’t. My furniture was delivered to me 5 days later without a glitch. I can’t imagine anyone would have anything bad to say about this store or its customer service. From my experience and the many people I have referred, all we have to say is Thank You Best Deal! You definitely lived up to your name.

Furniture arrived late and then broken out of the box. Theyre working on getting it replaced for us, so Ill give them one star now and potentially another if we get this resolved satisfactorily. Either way though, I dont think well be shopping with them again. I had to call to ask where the furniture was after we never were contacted that they had arrived and were ready for home delivery. Then, the day of, they called and asked to 1.5 hours later, only to show up 2.25 hours later. Then, we opened up the boxes and found that 2 of the 4 pieces were damaged.

BestDeal Mattress&Furniture is the only place my wife and I will ever buy furniture. We went to Ashleys, RC Willey, Ikea, and all the other major furniture dealers and though we liked their merchandise, it was all far out of our price range. While in Ashleys, we saw a couch set that my wife fell in love with, but was over $2,000 and far out of our price range. But at BestDeal, they gave were able to sell us the EXACT same set for only $820! We were blown away about how low their prices are. Wed recommend BestDeal to anybody!

I was a little skeptical that because of the name I wouldnt find the quality I was looking for but that was not the case. The staff was very friendly, totally different than other stores where they have pushy sales associates. I went over a few times looking at different options and they were very patient in helping me get exactly what I wanted. I get compliments on my new furniture every time someone comes over! I love it! I highly recommend going there.

These guys are awesome. A family owned business with honest values. They have a lot of great deals and will beat anyone on the price. Plus they gave me two different discounts on my couch. Expect to wait a little bit as they are kinda understaffed. But the savings are totally worth it! We had our couch delivered the very next day and they took the old one. Such a relief since we live on the third floor. I would recommend this company to anyone!
