We purchased a sectional, table and chairs, and king bed on 01/29/13 for $1950. We wanted same day delivery but the bed wouldnt be in till Wednesday to Thursday because they are made after they are ordered. We opted to go on vacation first and have delivery on Friday evening. Friday mid day we were called and told that our stuff had just arrived and they would deliver Saturday. We had to argue to get our items delivered that night as we came back to Phoenix so we would be here for the delivery. The delivery men were nice and efficient but our table and one of the chairs were damaged. They stated they would take it back and bring us a new one. When they were getting ready to leave they tried to force us to sign a receipt with all the products they brought on it stating we had received all the items and that they were in good condition. We argued with the delivery men and then Nelson the inventory manager about signing something that was not accurate. They tried to brow beat us with the protocol and how we can trust them. Finally was given the ok to write on the receipt (that by the way they do not give you a copy of nor something showing what they have taken back with them) and took pictures of it for our records. Called today (2/5/13) to check the status of the re-delivery of the items b/c they had not called and was told they wouldnt get it until Thursday. Called the Ian at the Mesa office who took our order and advised of all the issues and asked if we could get a refund for the table as we home school 3 children and desperately need a table. Advised that a week is just too long. Ian proceeded to tell me that we were only waiting 6 days and that they were/are following protocol. He stated that there is nothing that they can do and that they do not give cash refunds. The receipt on the other hand says it is up to the seller and there is a restocking fee. Which shouldnt apply to us as they have the merchandise. I will not give another dime to this company and will not recommend them. They do have cheap prices, however; you get what you pay for. We have a nice set of furniture back home in SC and were only looking for a temporary set, so we were ok with a hard couch and so-so bed. FYI...the bed was not made after purchased as they told us. It is clearly written on the tag that it was made on the 18th of January 2013. Liars that dont deserve my business and rude to boot. Just hope the replacement is ok, as I will not keep damaged items no matter how annoyed they get.

We ordered a sectional, couch and table from 24th st and oak. Rocio helped us, she was nice and knew her stuff. We wanted to buy a extra chair for a table, she called Omar (manager of warehouse) and he said it was okay to sell single chairs. This was Saturday 8th. They told us the table and sectional were in stock and couch is custom order b/c we chose gray as the color and its originally brown, usually 3-4 weeks for delivery but she called and they said they will guarantee it to be ready by the 15th, our move in date. On wed the 12th I called the warehouse and 46th to check the status and make sure it will be ready for Saturday, the man said everything is looking good for Saturday. Come Saturday my fiancé called warehouse and couches were not ready but the table was in stock. I originally chose delivery for $75 but after that I decided to pick up myself. Elliot (manager of front end of the store) said I couldn’t buy just one chair b/c they come in packs of two even though Omar said it was okay. He refunded me one chair which took 4 days to post to my account. Omar said couches could possibly be in by 8pm closing if not Tuesday for sure. I called maybe 10 times from 6pm-8pm and no couches. Tuesday I called and asked for couches and Elliot answered the phone and had an attitude. All and all after calling every day I finally received my couches on Friday the 21st!!!. For what I paid I think they will hold up. Omar was very apologetic and helpful. From what I gathered the manufacture was the reason of the delay. Prices are good and the ladies at @ 24th st were nice and so was omar.

I PROMISE YOU! ANY POSITIVE REVIEW ARE FAKE. WHEN YOU GO THERE YOU SEE "SALES REPRESENTATIVES" ONLINE POSTING ADS ON CRAIGSLIST. I HAVE NO DOUBT THEY HAVE ACCESS TO MANY GOOGLE, YAHOO, AOL EMAIL ACCOUNTS, WHERE THEY CAN GIVE "FAKE" POSITIVE REVIEWS, BUT IM GOING TO TELL YOU THE TRUTH. IM NOT GOING TO SUGAR COAT ANYTHING OR LIE TO YOU. FIRST OF ALL... THEY MAKE THE FURNITURE FOR THE MOST PART. THE SOFAS ARE MADE IN HOUSE. AND THEY ARE POORLY MADE. WHAT YOU SEE ON THE FLOOR IS NOT THE SAME QUALITY AS WHAT WILL COME TO YOUR HOME. THE FRAMES ON THE FURNITURE ARE HORRIBLE. CHEAPLY MADE WITH A STAPLE GUN. WITHIN DAYS OF USE YOU WILL NOTICE HOLES IN THE ACTUAL FABRIC BECAUSE THE FURNITURE IS THAT CHEAP. YOU WOULD DO BETTER MAKING IT YOURSELF. THEY OFFER NO REFUNDS... HMMMMM WONDER WHY... THEY CLAIM ITS BECAUSE THEY CANNOT SELL PREVIOUSLY USED FURNITURE. HOWEVER IN THE SAME BREATH THEY WILL GLADLY COME AND PICK UP THEIR CHEAPLY MADE FURNITURE IF YOU UPGRADE TO A MORE EXPENSIVE COUCH. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY DONT CARE BOUT YOU ANYMORE...YOUR JUST ONE MORE VICTIM. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD! OOOOOOO HERES A HELPFUL TIP IF YOU STILL DECIDE TO BUY FROM THEM... REMEMBER YOU WERE WARNED. BUT WHEN YOU SIGN THAT YOU RECEIVED THE FURNITURE... YOUR ACTUALLY SIGNING THAT THE FURNITURE YOU RECEIVED WAS IN PERFECT CONDITION... SO JUST IN CASE YOU TRY TO TAKE THEM TO COURT. NO REPUTABLE COMPANY DOES THIS. PAY ATTENTION. YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF... GOING TO HOME DEPOT AND THE FABRIC STORE THEN GOING TO THIS DUMP!!!

Jose was amazing! First, i rushed after work to pick out my sectional. I had seen it online and knew that I could order the color I wanted, just wasnt sure about the fabric. After discussing my options, Jose was able to save the day and not only followed up on availability for the color I wanted. He took the time to help me when i was about ready to leave without my purchase because my rep (forgot his name, but he was really accommodating and nice) couldnt confirm that the color was in stock. I wasnt sure about ordering the color then if I didnt know when it would be available by. Second, the by professionalism from both was awesome! I cant say anything about the transaction--it was great. Im in customer service and i know that dealing with the public can be trying. Since I was the last one of theirs for the night--I did say I rushed in after work--well, I made it just before closing. They both took their time with me and I didnt feel rushed! Thats exceptional in my book! Soooo...KUDOS to Jose and (sorry I forgot his name) and thank you! Im looking forward to my sectional! and will definitely look to them first for any other pieces I need for my home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
