Thanks for wasting 3 hours of my time and ruining my sons birthday. I got a good deal on a TV here on cyber Monday. It got here a day late, and as I found out after I took down our old smaller TV and re-arranged the room to fit the new one, broken.(OK, probably not their fault) I called in to the store and they didnt have any replacements in stock. I told them I needed it the next day, and I didnt want to risk another broken in shipping, so the attendant told me if I brought it in they would give me a gift card for the current price of the TV(more than the deal when I bought it), so I could buy a comparable TV right away. So I load up the 55" TV, drive it into the store, and drag it to customer service, wait in line for 30 minutes, then get told they can only refund me for it, or send me a new one when they happen to get it back in stock. What a waste of time. If your not going to deliver, dont promise, so I dont have to waste my time.

The service at this target is really bad. If you ever have a return it would be faster to drive up to the target on 106th south in sandy than wait in the lines at this store. Its the same every time weve ever had a return or needed customer service. The last two times we have waited in line for 20 mins while 1 cashier works the line and 3 other target employees meander casually around and everyone waits. We have had to ask both times if there was someone else that could help at which point another rep has jumped on a cashier. The customer shouldnt be more aware of the needs than a store attendant or manager. They also dont manager their inventory well, there are often 10 or 15 products in uncommon sizes (mens XS) but no products in a normal size (M or L). This is an inventory and ordering issue. Either Target needs to give stores more control or stores need to be more familiar with their buying demographic.

How this location has 4.0 is beyond me. This is the closet Target to me so sometimes Im forced to go there and every single time it is the worst experience. I leave feeling gross and annoyed. I love love love Target and this Target brings the store name to shame. Very unhelpful staff ( they seem very young and kinda friendly but not helpful on several occasions) the bathroom and dressing room was more nasty than a old run down gas station. I came out with moth balls and string all over my shoes. It is always so crowded. They really need to revamp and possibly make a super target that is actually worth going to. Because after my experience yesterday I just dont think I can go there again.

I live in Lehi so I come to this Target frequently. It has always been outdated but it has become increasingly run down and dirty in the past year. I was there today and was disgusted by the floors in the cafe. The counters were sticky. They were only selling popcorn and soda for some reason. There were paper cups strewn across the floors. The cashier looked like she hated her life. The shoe section was a hot mess. There were boxes and shoes all over the floor. Management here needs to step up. I love Target but I will no longer be shopping at this location. The Target in Orem is clean and bright and AWESOME. Its well worth the drive.

Disgusting. Yesterday night I went in to do some shopping and when I went to go use the bathroom, I was so disgusted by how gross the bathroom was. There were paper towels all over the floor and counter. The floors looked like they hadnt been cleaned in months and what was worse was the toilets were so filthy. It must of been more then a couple of days since the last time they had cleaned it. Wont be shopping there again. Because if they are willing to let their restrooms look that way, that tells me that they are too lazy to do anything right in that store.

This Target location must be managed by a former K Mart manager. The store is in perpetual disarray, the employees are constantly having a secret competition to see who can be the most apathetic, and the bathrooms seem like they were designed to have a "convenience store" theme with grime, graffiti and paper towels everywhere. The clothing department looks like every day is the end of a black Friday sale and the carpets throughout the store are filthy, full of gum, and ripped. This store needs to be paid a visit from HGTVs Love it or List it.

Tried to give Target another try. The store was again a mess. The I went to the check stand. Where I find one open but the Target working is showing a ladies how cool her phone is as there is a line of people behind us. One of the self services checkouts was working. Might as will just change Targets color to blue. Going down hill fast. Place is a mess, only the crap self checkout open that never work correctly. Might as well just shop at Walmart. Walked out with buying anything and will not be return anytime soon .

I love target,but dont particularly like this one. Its too small for one. Whoever decided American fork didnt need a super target was an idiot. Their selection on all items seems limited and I dont like the atmosphere at this store. When feasible I go to Orem rather than to this store. Since moving to saratoga springs I have shopped drastically less at target. I do not like this location. I wish it was a super target, less crowded all the time, better selection and cleaner and more inviting. 5 star for target, 3 for this location.

I never leave reviews but I have had too many horrible experiences here not to. The service at this Target is terrible! I had 3 employees be rude to me just today. The lady that works in the dressing room department is always rude to the point that I dont even want to try clothes on there anymore, she acts like she hates her job and everyone that shops there. I used to enjoy shopping at Target over Walmart because of the service but not anymore!

The shopping is great but th3 Pizza Hut express was pretty bad. The two girls were rude to each other and to customers, they acted like neither of them had been trained, they tossed peoples food to them on their table (sometimes even to the wrong customer) they didnt restock napkins after being told they were out in both places, and they went in back leaving customers in line. Not impressed.

I love Target, I really do, BUT they should know better....and deliver better than they do. The bathrooms at this Target are ALWAYS filthy. This has bothered me for years and I am just now saying something. Sad that in 6 years of shopping here, nothing has improved. Snack bar, although I have only visited it twice, is generally dirty as well. Whats up, Target?

Target is like Walmart for soccer moms that are too proud to save money by shopping at Walmart. The bathrooms made me uncomfortable. On a serious note, the online pickup line is always long and there are usually 10 or so wagons of put back sitting in the way since apparently you dont have to work to work there.
