This is the worst Home Depot store I have ever been. 1.secret kickbacks: the reps who helped me to load asked me to push very heavy stuff with him to another end of my truck, to the pro checkout, I guess they have secret kickback between them. After I checkout at other cashier, this helper is gone. 2.kept complaining: The older white truck operating guy kept complaining me and insulting me all the time, he said he wanted to quit because of me because I pushed to be quick, actually I did not ask him faster, it is the rep at the garden part gate cannot stand they are so low, I just bought tens of bricks and some soils and 9 bags of concrete, I arrived at 10am, and left at 3 pm, second trip. I hope I have orchestra this disgusting guy three times on the face. 3. very very rude: The African female saw I use lowes coupon and became extremely angry, and Extremely impatient and kept shouting all the time so everyone in the store can hear her. what kind of beach she is. the African truck operating guy is nice, and the customer service is fine, the new truck operating young white girl is nice.I appreciate their help and I even gave the white truck guy 8 dollars tip because he was kept complaining to me. It is a nightmare to this store, the extremely anfrican pro checkout cashier is the rudest cashier I have ever seen in the United States. I do it recommend to shop at this store.

My experience at the Home Depot store on US route 40 in Catonsville MD, was the worst experience Ive had in any of the Home Depot stores so far. On 6/18/17 at approximately 11:30 am, me and my wife visited the above mentioned store to purchase flowers and Vegetables for our front lawn. I approached an employee by name Derick to ask a question in regards to a product. Derrick ignored me initially but then turned around and angrily yelled at me by virtue of the fact that I asked him a question in reference to a product at the garden section. I felt very embarrassed due to the fact that he displayed his tantrum in the presence of my wife and other customers. I managed to restrain myself from responding and further escalating the situation. To add insult to injury, the check out employee whos name I didnt get, vehemently started pulling out our plants from the cart during the scanning process and advertently or inadvertently broke several branches. Me and my wife have decided not to step foot in that store anymore and would subsequently share our fathers day experience at that store with friends and family. I hope my concern is taken in the context for which it is meant, and appropriately addressed to avoid further marring the good name Home Depot has carved for itself over the years.

This Home Depot might be the biggest joke ive ever experienced. Name your issue theyve got you covered incompetence, carelessness, inconsiderate etc. The management here must be atrocious. I have had several issues that i chose to ignore since this location is the closest to me but this was the final straw. I was placed on hold for over 40 minutes to simply switch a delivery date. They hung up on my countless times and continued to dodge my call once they saw the time ive been on hold for. Whats their slogan? "whats better than saving money... saving time" hah joke. In the store it doesnt get any better i had a girl close the pro desk on me while i was in line with 2 constructions carts full before the closing time of 6pm. Her explanation " it closes at 6 go to the other desk" which was at the complete other end of the store. Great work HD, we purchase over 300k a year in materials at various stores and now we will try to avoid you like the plague.

DO NOT SHOP HERE FOR ANYTHING BIG!!!!! I have been going to this store for 2years. The small things are great, but the large things are issues. I have been complaining for 2 years about issues locking my new windows from home depot before they finally decided to fix it, and then the guy doesnt remember to order the part. I buy a new dishwasher, the delivery gets messed up, the installation people were unprofessional and used all of my paper towels while still managing to leave a mess for me to clean. The dishwasher they delivered is broken, so now Im dealing with the hassle of home depot customer service again.... I will never deal with Home Depot again. I recommend that if you need anything other than paint or light bulbs, go somewhere else!

If i could give this store no stars i would im sitting in the parking lot after walking out of the store. I tried to get help from probly 5 dif employees for some flooring i need to buy and was ignored by every single one of them. Keep in mind 2 of them were laughing an talking to eachother I waite patiently for them tp finish and when i asked for help 1 of them walked away an the other one said oh you werent with him obviously i wasnt if i walked up after you 2 were already talking. I got fed up an walked out Im now about to be on my way to lowes. Worst experience ever at a home depot.

I unfortunately didnt catch her name, but I received absolutely wonderful service from an early middle aged woman with short blonde hair. I told her I just moved and was on a very tight budget and she helped me save as much money as possible, even going so far as to get the stairs to reach a hammer for me that was a dollar cheaper. I wasnt in a great mood when I arrived but she was so personable and friendly that I left with a better mood than I walked in with, which has never happened to me at a home depot before! Give her a raise and a promotion!

I came in tonight looking for adhesive tiles for a new project. I did not see what I wanted and asked Tom for help. He showed me the online selection but also suggested that I try setting the tiles myself. He explained how to do it and showed me the tools that I would need. He helped me pick out the tiles that would work the best for my project. I gave it a try and am very happy with my results. Im happy I didnt go with the adhesive tile! Thanks Tom for your great service and enthusiasm!!

Well today we went in and bought some 2x8x12 ft of lumber ... we had to reach up high to the next level to even get to them ...there were 5 guys just standing there watching us (employees)...instead of offering us some help...we go into this store quite often and no one ever offers to help you...very disappointed ...we spend alot of money in there too every time we go in there ...I think its time to take our business elsewhere..and To let you know we were a older couple

DONT SHOP HERE IF YOU HAVE A COUPON FROM LOWES YOU WOULD LIKE TO USE. Home Depot for years promoted the idea that they accept their competitors promotional coupons (i.e. Lowes Coupons). I received a Lowes 10% moving coupon but this store would not honor it. Other Home Depots do and did honor this coupon, so based on calling HD corporate, it seems that this is a store per store policy. So dont waste any time going to this store with a Lowes coupon, as they wont honor it.
