We had a mirror and a leaking shower door to be repaired. When they finally get to it, they do a good job, but it is like pulling teeth to make an appointment and get them to come by. Only use them if you are not in a time crunch. Last year they put in new shower glass for us. We did not have this problem then. Must be new help or computer system.

Horrible! We took our car there for a simple windshield replacement due to cracks and have had nothing but problems with it!!! every time we took it back they got their greasy hand prints all over the interior of my car and never really fixed the problem. And they dont answer the phone. I just left a message lets see how long it takes them to call back

If there was a way I can comment without any stars I would. No only did I have to hound them to come look at the mistake they made they never called to tell me when my screens were ready then on top of that when I got the screens back they were made for the wrong windows. Two months I had to deal with this. Im so done with this place.

Terrible customer service. Was told they would return our call due to an issue they messed up while installing. Never received a call. Would not recommend or use them again.
