Upscale Remodeling has done it again! This is our fourth project with Upscale and each one has been exactly as we envisioned. We love our newly remodeled kitchen. We absolutely couldn’t be happier. The quality of the materials is stellar and the craftsmanship can’t be beat. The new showroom is terrific. Seeing actual displays made our decision-making process simple. Lydia and the rest of the crew were always there to help and answer any questions that came up. Rich made sure that there was as little interruption as possible and always left everything clean and orderly at the end of the day. Recently they replaced our very outdated cement front entrance with a beautiful Brazilian walnut porch. We have had strangers stop to admire it. It’s so nice I don’t even like to walk on it. If you are looking for a truly honest contractor we highly recommend Upscale Remodeling. Steve makes every effort to stay on budget and will offer suggestions when necessary to make this happen. We will definitely recommend Upscale Remodeling to anyone who asks us. We plan to use Upscale for other remodeling projects.

A decade ago, Steve Nash and his Upscale Remodeling carpenters replaced all the windows and exterior doors of our 1936 stucco house. Every aspect of the project was on such a professional level that two years ago we hired Steve without any hesitation to completely remodel the kitchen and a bathroom. As before, Upscale’s work was superb. This house had numerous surprises lurking under floors and behind walls during this latest project, and as each was discovered, Upscale immediately explained the situation and we’d discuss the options until we were satisfied of the best one. We never worried they might discover a problem and quietly cover it up. We hired Upscale for a full renovation of our basement in 2006. They lowered the cement floor, opened up the walls to make it a walk-out basement, enlarged the windows, landscaped the outdoors, and pretty much transformed the space int something fabulous. What we liked most about working with Steve Nash and his crew is how carefully they managed the time and expenses of the project. We asked them to be really clear and upfront with us about the budget - that we didnt and couldnt go over. They were amazing about this. Right on target. Right on time. Very professional company. They took the time to design the project with us over the course of several weeks. Then they did a complete kitchen remodel including new ceiling, floor, lighting, appliances, cabinets, etc. in just over four weeks! Upscale has done a lot of work for us, including repairing a leaking roof that no previous contractor had been able to fix, renovating two bathrooms, repairing a corner of our old barn which was sinking into the ground, and replacing a number of old windows.
