Lawn mower service is subpar. Bought my walk behind mower there in 2000 ($500). Blew out the transmission in late 2008, got it repaired (new transmission - $250). Months later, transmission stops working again. Take it in and find that when they did the transmission repair they did not replaice the 9 year old cable ($12). Now they nick me for $65 more bucks labor to replace. Any service group worth their weight in salt would have changed out the cable at the time of the transmission repair. Suggest you try Lancaster Tractor & Equipment or ABC Groff, both have excellent service groups.

I love doing business with Longeneckers. Phil Martin has always treated me right and the folks at Longeneckers have always taken care of making sure that doing business with them is a joy. Got me out of a bind with my first snow blower which I purchased during a snow storm 45 mins prior to them even opening and Phil did so like I was family. I also purchased a $4500 zero-turn Toro for Phil. I dont regret it and was given a demo to help make the right choice. I will continue to frequent Longeneckers for the small stuff and big stuff too.

Home Depot and Lowes stink compared to Longeneckers ! Everyone that works care genuinely cares about you and obviously knows their stuff !!!! I only will shop there.....big retailers .....worry , I wish they would take YOU to the cleaners !!
