Boss Trucker

This location is terrible if you are needing help from an associate go somewhere else, because all the associates are usually missing in action and if you are lucky enough to find one they usually do not know anything. Went in to buy a milwalki reciptical saw and battery pac the problem was one that I needed was on the top shelf, a call went out three times for assistance in hardware. After waiting 5 mins I kindly took my $400 to lowes Catonsville got what I needed. I live less than a mile away from this store I dont think I would be back unless I am buying trash bags or something small come to think of it thats is why I purchase my expensive front entry door from lowes because I could not find any associates to help me at that time.

This is, by a fairly large margin, the worst home depot location I have ever been too. If you can, go somewhere else. The staff are rude and are not knowledgeable. They have these weird camera things that make these high pitched sounds whenever you walk down an aisle. All in all, a terrible experience

Facility is well organized but seems to have less item variety than the location in Owings Mills. Staff is friendly, but you definitely get the go around when you ask for help. Had to speak to multiple representatives for the product I needed.

You are better off going to another Home Depot or Lowes. You cant move in this store without a camera and loud beeping noise annoying you while you are trying to think. The asiles are flooded with inventory and its difficult to move around.

The biggest problem with this super is that no one stocks their shelves. If you look carefully you may find what youre looking for in a box 4 feet above the shelves. Thats if they have it. Half the time they dont.

This location is small so you may not always find the odd items but the regular essentials are readily available in THIS organized location with pleasant helpful staff.
