I have great customer service at this Home Depot every time I come here. I wanted to buy a grill for my husband when I was 8 months pregnant. I called the store ahead of time and they pulled one out to measure the box for me so Id know if i could fit it in my car. When I got to the store, the gentleman had it waiting on a cart for me by the front desk, and he and 2 others helped me load it. Well, Id measured the door to my car, but forgotten to account for the center console so it didnt actually fit. The employees talked to their manager. One of them got a Home Depot can, loaded the grill up and followed me home. He then carried the grill into my house for me and would not accept any sort of tip. Absolutely amazing. More recently I was there to replace a baseboard of my cabinet which had flooded when my garbage disposal failed. I needed an L shaped section cut out and was prepared to buy a jigsaw. Not only did the employees cut the wood down to size, but one of them also used a hand saw to make my cutout for me so I wouldnt need to buy the jigsaw. They helped me save money. Its like the friendliest neighborhood hardware store with the resources of a national chain.

Buyer beware with this Home Depot. We went here because we wanted them to install hardwood floors. We paid the $35 for the measurement. Home Depot came back with a square footage of 700 sq. feet for the area we wanted done. That seemed unusually high to us given the size of our house. We went to a local flooring store, who came out to measure at no cost, and the actual size of the area we wanted done was 435 sq. feet, not 700! And the price was HALF the estimate this Home Depot was going to charge, for the same quality wood. If we hadnt followed through with our instincts and got a second opinion, we would have paid DOUBLE for the job without knowing it!

Very bad and disappointing service. We go to Home Depot often but first time experience in store on this location. We had a guy name LEAN to "help us" with cutting the wood, but he wasnt attentive and nice at all, didnt provide a interest to make costumer satisfied, he was using his phone all the time while me and my friend was actually helping ourself. At the and lady on the cashier name SHENNEYA was very rude and arrogant!!!! She switched with another one name EMAN for who we have only a nice words, and who finally was kind and helpful! This two really make us feeling uncomfortable!!!!! Why do you hire people like that?

Its a Home Depot. Theres little to distinguish it from any other Home Depot. It has lots of stuff, plenty of parking, poor organization (including differences between where their web site says a given item is located and where youll find it). You will struggle to find an associate and when you finally do, they wont know anything more than you do. If this is the closest Home Depot then you should probably go to this one (theres not a Lowes nearby, so its not like you have choices).

Worst Home Depot in the area. They are constantly out of materials, have incomplete out of place inventory, stock regular materials in inconvenient location, stock the aisles with so many displays you can barely get a flat cart through (no chance of getting around anyone), and dont replace inventory until you ask and wait a half hour for them to bring it down. Generally I like Home Depot and spend well over $20k a year, but this location wastes a lot of my time.

It takes a miracle to get the service desk to focus. When they finally brought my windows up. An employee ran the whole pallet into a stand I was sitting in front of and knocked me forward. "oh sorry, this is your order right?" Ive even had employees complain to me about how they arent sure about their job and the managment doesnt care. It was once a very helpful store. It has fallen far. Id you need special orders or any semblance of help, go to another store.

This place is terrible. Was lumber shopping on a Saturday to do some fence repair. They have lots of workers, but they are all running around doing something else besides helping customers. Waited for 10 minutes at pro desk. There was NO ONE back there helping customers. Must have seen a dozen workers come and go, not doing anything just walking around...no customers in tow or anything. Finally gave up. The whole place was chaos. Ill never return.

I wanted info on garage doors. I finally found the brochure that was hidden behind a cart with front doors on it. At first no one was at the desk. It took a while for him to show up. There was another customer before me that was helped; thats fine, they were there first. But they couldnt tell me how long it would be. I waited a few minutes and then left without being helped.

understaffed, needed an electrical part, was told it was in aisle number, but could not find it, after waiting 10 min to talk to somebody was told to wait for a manager, 20 min later I was told nobody was staffing the electrical dept that day, and that the part i was looking for , although their inventory said they had 19 in stock was not in stock.

This is the worst Home Depot. Every employee takes their sweet time with everything, get stuff wrong, and never return your calls when they say they will five times! The only reason Im giving this place one star is because its not possible to give them zero stars.

I do not go here often as I have another home depot closer to my home but whenever I am not able to get something at that one I go to this one and they just have it. They have very similar layouts so it is easy to find what Im looking for.

Looking to order a new refrigerator and microwave for a house in NVA. Sales associate was very helpful in locating models to fit in existing kitchen dimensions online and printing out specs for placing order. Great job and very thorough.

worst store .. ordered ladder online and after more than 3 hrs ladder is still not ready. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE AND PICK IT UP IN THE STORE. STAFF SEEMS TO BE SO BUSY THEY DONT HAVE TIME TO PUT A LADDER ASIDE FOR PICKUP. ... yea right!!!

The staff isnt trained. If you ask them a question they will look it up on their computer. I only here if I want to save some time, and know where everything is that I need, because it is the closest hardware store to me.

Fast and friendly service. They also price-match other stores. Most of the time, they have the lowest prices though. They have a large selection, but finding help can be a challenge as they are understaffed.
