Need some doo-hickey for the whatcha-ma-call-it or thing-a-ma-bob for the I-dont-even-know-its-called? Or maybe you know EXACTLY what you need and want to get in and out so that you can get the job done. The answer is always at Bills. The staff has been there for years, helping their neighbors with everything. Bills has the absolute best collection of Weber kettles and BBQs and everything that goes with them. For winter, Bill has you covered. The garden store across the street is also great for picking up whatever you need for the yard. Last but not least, Bills has free popcorn and great simple toys for kids!

I had an odd plumbing "project." Home Depot staff didnt help and referred me to some place nearby that I never could find. So I tried this place out instead. I told him what I was trying to accomplish, he sat and thought about it a few seconds and then went through the store helping me find the parts I needed. I was able to go home and put it all together in under 10 mins and everything worked together perfectly. Without his experience I would have probably ended up at home with a bunch of parts that didnt fit, and water flooding my apartment. Really good customer service!

Ok, so the staff at Bills is far from the folksy sort youll get at Cherrydale or Fragers. But what they lack in interpersonal skills, they make up for in knowledge and practical assistance. Theyre well-stocked (anytime I can avoid Home Depot, its a good thing) and offer services I cant find elsewhere (like sharpening my push mower). And the free popcorn on the weekends makes it a place my young kids dont mind going plus keeps their hands busy so theyre not picking up items from the shelves. My only gripe is that they can be pricey.

I have come here a lot. Staff tends to be rude and dismissive of questions. I know a little about hardware but most of these guys treat you like an idiot. One guy, Rich, is always nice but he is the exception not the rule. If you want a more helpful hardware experience, I suggest Cherrydale Hardware just down the road near Safeway. Much friendlier and more helpful.

I actually had a great experience at this store. I was greeted in the parking lot and again when I walked in the store. I had a broken lamp with a relatively simple repair and they immediately looked at it and fixed it while I browsed in the store. When they rang me up at the cash register, they didnt even charge me for it. Id definitely go back.

Bills has fantastic people working there, it has a great homey small town feel, and its super quick. Instead of driving to a big store and searching for parking and then waiting in line, this place is a quick in and out with the friendliest employees. Cant rate it high enough.

I use this place a lot. They are well stocked for a little local hardware store. The people are always solicitous and helpful. They are very good about returns and refunds. The garden center located across the street is a gem. Big and well stocked.

Its convenient. Rather drive to this store than fight traffic getting to Home Depot. Prices may be a bit higher and selection a bit thinner but for your simple repairs it will do the job. They also have a garden center across the street.

Nice local hardware store. The staff were very friendly to me when I stopped by to pickup a product that I ordered online to have delivered to the store for free shipping. Parking spaces in front of the store and across the street.
