I am very disappointed in the service I received in your Springfield store on Sunday 1/29/17. I was walking along with 2 other friends looking for new product. We were greeted by a female, Hispanic with glasses in black clothes and shoulder length hair with her hair in a half up bun and half down. We walked around the store and we were very intrigued by all the product and were having some fun conversation and talking and laughing amongst ourselves. Not once did we get service and not once did we get asked if we needed help. All of a sudden we were approached by the same female that greeted us and told that if we werent buying anything we needed to leave. She approached us with a very rude demeanor giving no explanation why all of a sudden we were being asked to leave. Had she instead asked if we needed help she would have uncovered that in fact we did and were actually planning to buy. We were not being disruptive or rude just having fun friendly conversation amongst ourselves. I would love to know if this is how all of your stores treat their customers ? I will never recommend anyone to visit this location.
