Fabulous store with fabulous owners. The moment I walk in the door, I am welcomed by beautiful clothing displayed amazingly and friendly smiles. New clothing arrrives constantly, therefore I visit frequently to avoid missing new treasures. Joyce and Wendy are super helpful and honest while I try on every item in the store. People ask me all the time where I buy my clothes. I am proud to send them to Helen Foxx!!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. Besides the wonderful, helpful owners, their clothes are amazing!. I have 3 pairs of their high waisted leggings and my mom has 2. They have super cute clothes and they constantly have new things in, so if nothing catches your eye, make a second trip! They also have bath bombs, bralettes, and most of their styles come in plus sizes.

Great womens clothing boutique helping to revitalize downtown Bellefonte. Wendy and Joyce are the proprietors, and are the loveliest people youve ever met. They are always willing to lend a helpful eye and compliment. Will not be disappointed with a visit here.
