We love Dogma! One of my favorite things about Dogma is the window displays, but the biggest reason we continue going to Dogma is the frequent shopper program and the groomers! We shop there a lot, so we frequently have access to a 10% off discount thanks to our frequent buyer account. You dont have to carry around a card, they keep your name in their system! So convenient! As far as dog grooming, I have made appointments with multiple stylists at Dogma over the past year and have loved how my dog looks after each person groomed them. I ask for a pretty specific/atypical cut for my schnauzer and they always produce what Im looking for. They also will brush your dogs teeth or file their nails for a minimal extra charge! Dogma is a one stop shop for food, treats, toys, and grooming for our pup! I love supporting a local business and such a friendly staff. Thanks for everything, Dogma!

The price what I was told on the phone and what I was asked in the store after my dog was groomed to pay, there was a $10.00 difference. I was very disappointed I wasnt honered the price I was told on the phone. The grooming part was ok. I wasnt happy about it. She did everything I have asked for, but the hair was an even. One thing about Dogma is they are very friendly alway happy to see their customer. Even the person who cut my dogs hair, she was very nice except they dont honer what they say. Will I go back again? No! I wish the guy who used to work there didnt leave. He was amazing! His work was so perfect almost looks like art work was done on my dogs hair. That is why I drove almost one hour to Sherlington thinking he was still there. What a disappointment that is. .

My dog takes me here for the cookies they bake fresh every day. He loves them (5 out of 5 wags). Theyre fair prices 75¢-$1 per cookie but theyre a good size. They also have lots of other pet supplies such as leashes, toys, bowls, beds, etc. The prices are based on brand, I picked up a great leash for $15 but the brand names are significantly higher so look around and youll find good deals in their store. Also of note, my girlfriend likes the cookies too. Though, I havent told her yet that theyre from the dog store and made for dogs.

I love having Dogma bakery right in Shirlington - Its great when I need anything for my lil Shiba Nymeria. They have awesome treats, a great selection of toys, and such an amazing and friendly staff! They were also invaluable when I was trying to figure out what food to transition Nymeria to as an adult - she was such a picky puppy, but their availability of small samples was such a blessing! I also love how involved in the community they are - its great to have such a solid small business in my neighborhood!

New in town & stopped in to see if they carried the dog food & treats our dog eats: carries both Orijen & Acana and lots of other high end raw, grain free foods. Also carries Ruff Wear products, which we love too. Has a good assortment for handmade treats & also make specialty dog cakes with any kind of decorating you want added in icing (good for a dog birthday treat). They also offer dog grooming as well. Looking forward to making it our local dog food store.

Dogma Bakery is a wonderful locally owned store. The owner loves dogs (and other animals) and it clearly shows in the way her store is setup and the products she selects for her store. Highly recommend checking this store out if you are in the area. Its a guarantee your dog will love the fresh baked treats also. Ive heard their grooming is spectacular although our lab doesnt do grooming because hes always jumping in lakes and streams!

Really terrible customer experience. After I checked in, they told me the price was 33% higher than the range they provided. I gave accurate information about type of dog I have, its coat, and weight. Dogma admitted that they should have given a different price on the phone and that it was their fault, but wouldnt adjust the price. I will never return to Dogma, as they do not understand basic customer care.

I took my blue Pomeranian to get groomed at Dogma... for the first time with Jake... I highly recommend him. He is attentive, customer oriented and and plain sweet. He worked with my somewhat feisty Pom... and managed to do a great cut etc on him. My pom liked him and did not come out of there looking traumatized! good place to go and ask for Jake.

I love this place. I have a 2 year old beagle and I love taking him to this store. He loves all the baked treats they have. This store is also in a good location, its really close to where I live and close to the dog park. The only reason Im giving it 4/5 instead of 5/5 is because of the high prices of everything there.
