Stay away from this store!! I tried to return some art just a few days outside the 30 day return policy and was shaken down by the manager (didnt get his name he was a tall, heavy and unshaven guy). He wouldnt return the item without charging us a 15% restocking fee. This would normally be no big deal, but I just spent $3000 on a couch from this store and told the manager I was buying another couch soon. I explained that the purchase was never removed from the box. I also told him the reason for not returning the item on time was that my son was in and out of the hospital that month. This guy showed zero empathy and instead acted like a sleazy used car salesman. He told me if I bought another couch "today" hed waive the restocking fee. Z Gallerie... its time to upgrade your manager! Find someone with a heart and a little common sense.

Horrible customer service and to make it worst it came from the MANAGER. after reading other reviews I confirm that the store should rethink seriously what kind of store manager they have. To say the least he was rude, refused to listen, even had the audacity to walk away while we were talking to him. I went to buy a piece of art, but it was visibly damaged. Willing to take it with me I asked for a discount and the Managers response was : " we dont bargain that way. " truly upsetting and rude. Try to stay away specially of buying a piece of art.
