Outstanding customer service, and a company doing the right thing. I called to see if there was a computer in stock that I saw was on sale and asked if they could hold it for me. When I got there it was a different computer and the website was wrong. I explained to them that I had just drove 45 minutes to buy a computer that was different from the one that they had. The manager then gave me a markdown for a newer computer that I was not going to pay an extra hundred dollars for.

Worst experience Ive ever had with printing- I wanted a picture and waited an hour in the store to be told the printer was broken. I cancelled my order and a day later they called to tell me they printed it but in a wrong color and I should come in to take a look...terrible service and obviously clueless with customer service. Will never go back ever again

Workers are knowledgable/helpful, inventory is pretty good. Somehow this Office Depot exists outside of 3D space.... I swear this place is bigger on the inside then it is on the outside. They have almost everything although one time I went there for a TI calculator and they had just run out. Who let TI gain such a monopoly on calculators, anyway?
