I bought a pretty expensive bed a few years ago. Now the bed has lost firmness on the one side. I had an inspector come out and the bed measured correctly but the guy refused to sit on it. that is the only way to tell. I have a 20 year warranty plus I bought mattress protector that is supposed to cover more than the manufactures warranty. I called the service department a couple times and was told the manager would call me back, well its been 2 months and still no call. I was told by the customer service agent that what i have is a comfort issue and not covered by them. We rotate the bed so basically my wife and I get to choose who gets to wake up with a sore back. I also left a comment on their Facebook page, that comment was deleted and I now I cannot comment on their page. the post was not derogatory my any means. Levin has now lost a loyal customer. I liked the store and my salesman, but cannot stand behind their product.

Purchased a mattress and box spring for my 3 year olds bed that converts into a full/double bed. Made the purchase and picked it up myself. My wife and I put the bed together and noticed that we did not need the box spring. So I called and spoke with Dave a so called manager. He wanted to charge me $32.00 to restock it and then said all they do is throw it away. Hmm. I found that ridiculous that a customer for many, many years would be charged that and to find out that they throw it away. I explained, that it is still in the package and all tags are on it still. I feel sorry for Vicki and Debbie that are the sales ladies that have been taking care of us for the past several years. They are great. Dave not so much. Sorry but I will never shop Levin again. Robert Levin its time for Dave to leave your company. He acted like it was no big deal that you are losing a customer over $32.00.

I phoned the Canonsburg store today because the leather of my wine colored power recliner is peeling off revealing a light tan base. Its a comfortable chair for me, Im 85 years old, it just looks bad. Levins customer service told me it has a 1 year warranty. I had the invoice and paperwork, I had paid $1,499, it has a 4 year coverage on everything (except the mechanisms which are lifetime) so I called the manufacturer who agreed, but they only deal with retailers, I would have to call the store back but a replacement would be no problem. On my second call to the store they told me that the product has a 1 year warranty and they had no interest in what the manufacturer said, there would be no appeal, and why was I having trouble understanding that?

The prices were not terrible but the customer service is my main complaint. The woman helping us told us information that was incorrect, changed the information she told us multiple times and was very rude. I will personally never go back because when we did try to clarify the incorrect information she told us she did not listen to us and if it wasnt for us needing this piece of furniture for my fathers birthday we would have walked out. If their managers or supervisors read these please take the time to educate your employees on how to talk to customer. Age, color or dress attire should never sway your demeanor towards a customer.

Had a shady salesman wait on me. Bought over $2500 of living room furniture and noticed that I was charged shipping! He claimed that he could not take it off. Came back a week later and bought a love seat and TV cabinet. I took the cabinet home, the love seat was delivered and he made me sign the receipt quickly and did not notice a delivery charge till I got home. I called 3 times never got a return call from either the salesman or a managet. Last time I ever will go there. It was like buying a car from a hungry salesman.

I always visit here with big ideas, but always leave empty handed. Its weird, because my parents are always finding good pieces at great deals here. Me however, I walk in, get followed around by employees even tho I only use one of the employees as my sales person (and I make that very clear when I go in), and then halfway through Ill end up walking out because the items i like are too expensive or I get creeped out from being followed. Not all locations were created equal.

Ordered gray couch and chair got granite color with brown tint was told they dont have gray in that product but will cost me 15 percent to return. No longer a customer to many places that cater to customer to put up with that
