Terrible Office Depot! Do NOT BUY INK HERE! They will sell you defective ink than refuse to refund and/ or exchange it for a good one and instead tell you to take it up with HP. Went in with a defective HP ink cartridge and tried to exchange it and/or get a refund for a better one and the incompetent store manager Donald told me it wasnt his problem and to take it up with HP. This store sucks! I will never shop here again. Id rather shop on amazon prime and wait 2 days then have to deal with rude customer service managers like this Donald guy that doesnt know how to treat customers and acts as if the $40 dollars for the exchange is coming straight out of his pocket.

I just stop to send a mail by USPS, and the person handle the area (name PATRICIA) told me you have to wait for the computer (3 persons in fron), I say i cant belive here to, at the post office have 20... And this person make fun of me "here is only 3" when she see im in the hurry. Very bad service Im a regular client there.

Needed some prints in a rush, however there was only one person working in that area. He was very nice and did his best to help everyone. Really liked that he made sure to help guest in the order they came instead of whoever tries to grab his attention.

I bought a $200 office chair. The guy dropped it 10 feet from the shelf and tried to get me to take the damaged chair. The manager came and disappeared with the staff. Gave up getting the chair and got a refund. The manager was incredibly rude.

Worst customer service. Lady named jani has no regard for customers. 7 people working here and I have to wait till 1 person who apparently is the only one who understands printers To help me. Im going Back to staples.

Staff is nice and always willing to help. Had an issue with a cartridge and they issued a store credit and gave me all the information I needed to claim the printer under HPs warranty.

Impossible to find someone to help you, and when you do, they often dont know where anything is located or whether they carry a product. Bad customer service.

Need a renovation! Looks dark! They have a great selection and cordial employees, but the store looks very outdated.
