I found the staff very helpful and knowledgable. Listen, this is only place youre going to find true designer, modern furniture made the way it was intended to be made since its inception, some of which by hand. Therefore, be ready to patiently wait for your work of art. These are heirloom pieces, not Rooms to Go, and worth the money and the wait.

I ordered online but would not recommend DWR unless you have time to wait for your items! My order got delayed by over a month and no one ever contacted me. Also the status on the web page is not changing at all. And do not choose customer service when calling the hotline. Always press "sales" in order to get connected.
