I arrived with my girlfriend at La Z Boy in Palm Beach Gardens to search for a cocktail table for our new home. We found one that we absolutely LOVED and filled out a sales ticket on the spot. It was expensive, but worth it, so we thought. We purchased the table on 12/2/2009 and we were told it would ship within three weeks (which is a long time, but we loved the table so much that we were willing to wait). Well, it is 5 weeks later and still no table. I called La Z Boy to find out what the problem is... With no reasonable explination, the item is out-of-stock and will not be available to ship until the middle of February. I cant say if this happens on all of their furniture orders, but if you are going to buy something from here, make sure you ask the right questions on how long it will take to arrive. For a place as expensive as La Z Boy, you would expect a higher level of service... We will surely never set foot in this place again.

We went into La-Z-Boy to get a chair. You know a lazyboy. I dragged my wife in and when we got there she just smiled and realized it was a complete furniture store and she went to work with a sales person. Long story short I love my chair and my wife is still working with Maria Ross, the sales person, and the whole upstairs.
