Recently, we contacted Encore Interiors about selling our complete living room of wicker furniture. We sent them photos and specs of the items. Then, they priced each piece and we agreed. We signed the contract and they picked up the furniture, after meticulously wrapping it. Their workers, Kennedy and Irwin, did an excellent job. Within a few weeks, all the furniture was sold, save for one piece, which was sold weeks later. We were very happy with Encore. Jeff Holly, owner, and Marlene, Office Mgr., were great to work with and they made the whole process work very smoothly. We have since also sold other furniture with them. Consign your furniture with Encore. You will be glad you did, and they certainly deserve our five star rating!

Our old couch had seen better days. We wanted a great sofa without paying an arm or leg for it, and we are big fans of taking in lightly used items instead of adding into the landfill. This consignment store has a huge collection of beautiful things for sale, ranging from almost antique to modern. Most of the items there appear to be in almost new or good condition, with many not showing any sign of use or obvious wear and tear. The transaction went smoothly, including the delivery. They arrived on time and were very careful with making sure our new sofa and glass table wouldnt get damaged on the way. Their prices are more reasonable than most other consignment stores. We will return for more shopping

Had a horrible experience here I had some items on consignment and they broke one of them and then they refused to pay me on it they said it was my fault that they hung the picture wrong had a noun standing out back of their place because they had me escorted out because they didnt want to pay me for my item and then called the cops on me so I would not use this store again I strongly suggest if you want these overpriced thrift store items not as high-end as everybody thinks they are

Great experience. Bought a leather sofa for about 1/3 off price new in great condition with just one small blemish. Very happy with their service, the way they display and how they treat customers as guests! Went to pick up the sofa a few days later and had another great experience. A great place to buy furniture and furnishings in almost new condition! Will be back!
