Crowded but not over run by the bad crowd yet. Mid size mall with standard offering of stores. Nothing outstanding, nothing unique. One bad outbreak of the bad crowd and this place is dead. Parking lot was full, we were at the top of the parking garage by Macys and the elevator was broken. No visible mall security, but Macys had several security personnel by the expensive purses and jewelry to deter a smash and grab. Because its happening a lot lately in and around Houston. Large central Starbucks, and some good restaurants not inside the mall but just steps outside the mall proper. A couple of kids play areas inside and out. Only place I know of where a Target store is attached to a mall and you dont have to go outside to go from one to the other. Skating rink inside. Too many kiosk sellers bugging you as you try to get around.

So this mall well theres alot to see, it has small cafes and stores and places so lil kids can play and also theres an ice skating arena and of course a food court. It is better to go to the mall on a monday morning and a tuesday morning because its super less crowded. Everything is expensive, a water bottle cost $2 yes you read that rigth you have to spead 2 dollars on a bottle of water. And also did i forget to mention beside the mall theres a chesecake factory and on the other side of the building rigth beside theres a outside place were kids can play and people can watch a tv on a huge huge i mean huge screan. But to leave this on a ligth note everything you go and visit there is something new to see.

My mall. I prefer MCM over Galleria anyday to avoid such big crowds on the weekends. True MCM crowds as well, just it just is more tolerable. The stores are great. Love that there are two Sephoras, if one does not have something I need, I just walk down the hallway to the JC Penny one and my problem is solved. Love the Macys, great stuff, love the Dillards, great stuff as well. Chill place to hang out with anyone. From friends to date to family or by yourself. The restrooms are clean every time I have ever gone. I appreciate that about a mall. There are spots where you can just relax and I dig that. There is a place to lock your phone and charge it while you shop. Anyways, this is the jam right here.

This mall has a whole mess of shopping opportunities but damn does it get crowded. It doesnt help that theres a hospital right across the street, so if you come into the area make sure youre prepared for traffic. However, there are still a lot of stores here where you can find a lot of the stuff youre looking for in one place. The Cheesecake Factory is always a good idea. Having a Target attached to the mall means more crowds and traffic but it also gives you the chance to pick up some general shopping items that might save you a trip to the grocery store or somewhere else. Theres also security on constant patrol in the parking lot, which is reassuring.

Props to Memorial City Mall for hosting all the Harvey 1st responders - the locals were so kind and generous making sure these guys were well cared for (offering many meals / treats / doing laundry / etc.) - its a testament about Houstonians and how big their hearts are even in the midst of it all. Yes, this review is less about the mall... but Ill take this opportunity to publicly thank the mall for hosting hundreds of first responders (Oklahoma Task Force 1 and others) and especially the city as a whole for neighbor helping neighbor and looking after all of these great volunteers.

Lots of middle income stores. Clean mall. No big names like Neimans, Saks, or Nordstrom unfortunately. Clientele is generally good, better than The Galleria. Security here is top notch. Crime is minimal for a mall, although bypassing common sense will get you hurt anywhere. Parking can be difficult on the N/NW/W/S sides of the mall during the weekend which can spoil your visit. The mall does get fairly busy at times, and it does get hot inside every now and then. Food court has a lot of good options. Largest indoor play area for kids (be warned - theres a strict height limit).

A nice meal with plenty of slides to shop in and the usual food court. I usually do my morning walking here as do many other people. Its about a mile and a half to walk all the aisles of the mall. They even open early took allow walkers to get an early start, As malls go, is a nice one with a variety of styles including Target, Penneys, Macys, Sears, Apple and plenty of smaller stores. They also have restaurants including California Pizza Kitchen and Olive garden.

Lots of parking. Easy to keep track of where you are because of the maps and signs. Great food court. Not to mention, the owners went above and beyond by adding an ice skating rink and a movie theater. And in an emergency, you are literally across the road from a hospital. And parents, if your kids get bored, there is a little train that comes around that you can ride on. Bring your money, and a lot of it at that, because you are going to be buying a lot of things.

Pros: The mall features an immense variety of stores, kiosks, childrens playground, tons of parking space, lots of name brand stores, and best of all... TARGET INCLUDED!!!. Cons: Although its one of the most important malls in Houston, it lacks all the high end stores the Galleria has. Which limits the visit and forces you to drive towards The Galleria. The mall layout could be a bit confusing and overwhelming at times but then again which mall is easy...

One of the nicest malls in Houston in my opinion. A nice mix of stores that are in a low to mid budget for clothes and shoes, the public restrooms dont smell of sewage like the Houston Galleria, and it has a movie theatre and an ice skating rink too. I would have given it 5 stars if they had more covered parking lots, either as a multi storey parking lot by Target and Sears, or if they had planted more trees to provide shade from the hot Texas sun.

Always love every visit to American Girl Brand Doll Place Houston Store which is located inside of the incredible Memorial City Mall. They have Vallet Parking right in front of our favorite Store also. We also LOVE the Target here, Crazy 8, Gap Store, Disney Store, California Pizza, Panera Bread and Cheese Cake Factory. We LOVE that these restaurants also because most have seating for each of Our American Girl Brand Dolls while we dine in.

My experiences at the mall have been great though limited. The playplace is very large and looks like a ton of fun but its alwAys full. I really love the stroller with the built in tablets. Life saver for parents with toddlers. The train isnt always there to provide a break from walking. This, mall is clean with all my favorite stores. The bathroom close to the entrance only has 3 stalls. I think they should add more as its usually a line.

I came to the mall to get my hair cut on a Sunday. I went to another salon I had been before but they were busy and booked into the week..I was passing through the mall on my way out and saw Master Cuts. They were not too busy although it picked up when I was leaving. My stylist dyed, cut and gave me tips of how to care to get the best lasting color. My girlfriend said, wow they did a great job. I will be back. Worth the trip.
