I really like this mall and I usually dont like to give bad reviews but this I have to share. The only things that ruin this mall are the people that work in the kiosks. They are pushy and they are very rude if you dont buy their products. I had a bad experience with a kiosk person at Bella terra, I passed by the kiosk I clearly said I dont have time, he said: Ill just give you a brochure and started asking me questions, applying all this make up on me then he was very pushy and when I said I dont have money he got mad and told me to leave in a very rude way. I have decided to never come back to this mall because of that bad experience. He yelled at me saying I wasted his time and I replied: thats why I said no from the beginning because I didnt want to waste your time. They need to remove those people that work the kiosk or at least give them some customer service seminars. Ill be moving to the online shopping that way I dont have to deal with this . Thank you.

Typically I enjoy the mall but today I have to "warn your kids and stay away from shady kiosks people". We took our sons to the mall to walk around after being cooped up . We shopped for pants and told the boys we would meet up with them shortly after. They got two t-shirts at a kiosk (located on the second floor west)...we were shocked to find out that the boys paid $85 for two shirts, so hubby and I went to the same kiosk pretending to shop for t-shirts and ask for the same two shirts - $65. So I asked why is it $65 now but $85 15 minutes ago, the lady helping me walked away whispering to the other two. They said the boys paid "the price of the day", and "its about the mighty dollar". Just because we werent there, people like this feel they can cheat kids...scams! Watch your kids!!! The money they spent was their saved up allowances...they felt horrible because they had been taken by three ladies working at this kiosk. Shame...

Excellent hangout place for family & senior citizens & teenagers. Exercise classes for new mommies, many walking seniors and various age groups walk the mall in safety. Monthly organized activities for parents with young children. Excellent multiple restaurant choices in the food court. Very clean bathrooms, very clean food court upscale shopping, and even a small playground in front of JC Penneys for children 6 and under with a place for parents to sit. Oh by the way about every Saturday 2 to 3 Quinceanera groups come to have their pictures taken Around The Fountains and various places in the mall while enjoying a nice meal in the food court. There is a tram bus that stops at the Woodlands Mall and takes a tour around the woodlands shopping areas including the marketplace.

Great mall. Plenty of stores to shop for everyone in the family. Two floors and is well laid out. I can usually get good parking and security is always very visible patrolling the parking lots. The only reason I knocked a star off is because of the skincare kiosk on first floor near a skincare store. The associates at the kiosk and at the store were extremely pushy and incredibly unprofessional when you keep walking or if you say, no thank you to "free" samples to avoid getting sucked in, theyre jerks about it and mumble at you!! It happens every single time I come here. Im not interested. Im not sure what part of no means no they dont understand. Other than that this is a great mall and well maintained.

I really like this mall and Ive lived in the area since I was 8 years old that means Ive lived out here 48 years. Ive had strokes and I get out there and walk the distance of the mall Ive met vendors kiosk people in people in stores. They were very friendly wave to me and even keep an eye on me to make sure Im okay. This stores have a good selection and well-kept. And for people who have little children they got a full-size carousel on the second floor in the food court area that is beautiful to take your kids on. And they do have children push carts that you can get to put your children on there is a fee but they are available.

My family and I always enjoy our shopping experiences at The Woodlands Mall! The new parking lots are a great addition to the mall! There are many quality stores and products to choose from. Also, there are several restaurants next to and within close proximity of the mall, as well as a movie theater across the street. Market Street, the Woodlands Waterway, the Cynthia Mitchell Woodlands Pavilion and other attractions are right around the corner from the mall. This is one of the reasons we love The Woodlands so much!

Its usually very clean and the stores are pretty organized. But the mall in itself is absolutely huge. Its like its own little community and its pretty beautiful. I gave 4 stars cos the food court isnt really that impressive. Yes there are quite a few restaurants around the mall, but I work at the mall so getting food in a hurry is necessary and Im tired of eating the same stuff all the time lol. But overall its great.

The valet parking used to be complimentary for wheelchair guests, but no more. Because of the easy access through valet parking, I used to take my sister at least once a week to the mall. Disappointing. Very difficult to find handicapped parking close to the stores we frequent. The handicapped parking issue discourages us from making more frequent outings to the mall. She only goes about once every few months now.

One off The best malls in the Houston metro area. The mall is well maintained and theres law enforcement in and around the area supporting the safety and security of the patrons. Parking is always available although it can be a challenge on the weekends. Vallet parking is also available. Great food selections in the court. The various stores offer a great variety of shopping.

Do you love being bombarded with free samples for stuff you dont want, phone salesmen and kiosk selling absolutely useless junk, chasing you down the walkways and forcing you to be rude and reject them or theyll very persistent insist that you are going to buy their product? This is the place for you. Conveniently located. Prices are insane-ly high. 5 stars.

Great place. Im sad that it doesnt have a Lush. But it is def. A great mall good choices with food court and it has a lot of options of stores. You can pretty much find anything you need at this mall. Not to mention it is very well maintained it seems and people are friendly. Location does help, very nice part of town.
