I JUST WANT TO POINT OUT THAT ITS COMPLETE AND UTTER BULLSHIT THAT YOUR MALL COPS CHASE FEMALES AROUND THE MALL THAT ARE WEARING CROP TOPS. MYSELF AND SEVERAL OF MY FRIENDS HAVE BEEN HARASSED AND THREATENED BY MULTIPLE OF YOUR SECURITY GUARDS FOR WEARING A SHIRT WE BOUGHT FROM STORES IN THIS SAME MALL! I WAS MINDING MY OWN BUSINESS ACTUALLY ON MY WAY OUT WHEN A FEMALE SECURITY GUARD LITERALLY CHASED ME DOWN TO TELL ME TO BUY A NEW SHIRT OR LEAVE. HOW WAS I DISRUPTING ANYONE? NOT TO MENTION I WAS BARELY SHOWING AN INCH OF MY STOMACH ON A 100+ DEGREE DAY. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO SIGNS POSTED STATING YOU CANT WEAR SHIRTS SHOWING YOUR STOMACH. AND THEN PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHY A 22 YEAR OLD ADULT FEMALE WHOS NOT DISRUPTING A SINGLE PERSON GETS KICKED OUT OF THE MALL? POST SIGNS, GET RID OF THE STORES SELLING CROP TOPS (I guess?), OR LEAVE PEOPLE ALONE!!! WE COME IN THERE AND GIVE YOUR STORES MONEY AND PAY FOR YOU GUYS TO KEEP YOUR LIGHTS ON. HOW CAN YOU TELL US WHAT WE CAN AND CANT WEAR? I GUESS THIS IS ANOTHER REASON ON THE LIST WHY MORE AND MORE PEOPLE ARENT SUPPORTING THIS BUSINESS, MORE AND MORE STORES ARE CLOSING DOWN TO NEVER REOPEN, AND MORE PEOPLE FIND THIS MALL A JOKE. MY PEERS, FAMILY, AND I ARE ABSOLUTELY NEVER RETURNING TO GIVE YOU BUSINESS UNTIL THIS ISSUES IS ADRESSED.

DIAL N STYLE KIOSK I have never left a negative review before. I bought a phone case from this place and I had to take the whole case and bumper off to charge it. I took it back the next day only to find out that they wont give me my money back. They gave me store credit for a screen for my phone and guaranteed my screen would never crack. After applying it, they guy tells me that if my phone breaks they dont cover it. This is no guarantee then basically only a pink promise but said that I will have a lifetime warranty on it. He entered my information into the computer and told me that I wouldnt need a receipt. The plastic screen started chipping off, making it difficult for me to text and I brought it back in. They said I need proof of a receipt even though it has been less than a month. The lady at the kiosk said the value is $40 but she would be willing to do it for $35. I said thank you for the time but I wasnt interested. She guaranteed my screen wouldnt crack and she would make sure I wouldnt need a receipt. I said no so she said she would do it for $20. I respectfully declined and walked away. STAY AWAY FROM THIS KIOSK!

I love this mall, more loved actually. I have been going to this mall since I was a kid and it has always been clean and fairly nice service at all the stores. But the new "dress code" that isnt posted anywhere, is utterly stupid and is ruining the freedom of wearing the clothes we want to wear that we buy from the stores located in the same mall. Crop tops and cut offs have been baned appearently and it is NOT appreciated. My friend was wearing a cut off in there in the summer while it was at least 90 that day and was told to change or leave. He left when all he was doing was playing with puppies at Petland. I have gone in there before with cut offs on, many times after a run or some practice on a hot day and I wore a cut off for air but recently mall cops have been taking away the privalige to do that for some reason and its unfair. Whoever complained about it or whatever happened, it probably shouldnt be pushible for EVERYONE who decides to come to this once great mall. As well since this right seems to be gone, they should at least post something about a dress code at all entrances. Thank you.

When I think of going to a mall I expect to find staple stores you would expect to find at a mall such as Macys. This mall does not keep its online presence updated as I have been there at least two times looking for stores that no longer exist there, but still can be found online as having a location there. Every time I go to the mall it seems like another store is gone. This causes visits to be pretty unpredictable. With all the in and out traffic the mall has, they really need a kiosk with an updated layout of what stores they still have so you dont waste time going in. Other than that the selection is so-so. It really seems more time and effort needs to be taken catering to and pulling in small businesses in the area if they cannot keep larger chains in the mall consistently.

I didnt spend much time here but I still enjoyed it. At least mostly, the first half I spent it looking for gamestop. My group and I were all looking for it because we saw it on the maps of the mall inside the place and our phones said it was nearby. It was outside and across the street. Sort of misleading. Didnt find out till after we had to leave. But most of us just spent the rest of our time at petland looking at and sometimes playing with the puppies. Personally shopping wise there wasnt much if youre not into clothes shopping. But, since we had to stay here for a while, there was always something to kill your time with.

Back in my middle school days, I used to go to this mall all the time. Now as an adult, I dont go as often, but still enjoy it. I usually only go for one or two stores, or Kwan Wah in the food court (honestly their lemon chicken is my FAVOURITE, highly recommend). Its been sad seeing how many stores have shut down in the mall and how many vacant spaces there are. Its a great mall! Clean, friendly staff, and they have a good selection of stores. Just wish the selection had more variety and their werent so many vacant spaces!

The mall was clean and we really got great deal on a Washer and Dryer at Sears. The salesmen, Sean was very knowledgeable and a great help. I compared prices at Sears, Menards and Home Depot and we got a better washer and dryer, larger load compacity and more for a better price at Sears. They were also made in America and that is what we asked for. We also went to JC Penneys and found some great sale prices on clothes. We all need to start shopping more at stores so we can help people keep their jobs.

I understand this to be one of two malls in Topeka, however; Ive never located the other so my assumption is long time residents merely refer to this as the "new" or "2nd" mall... Its an average sized mall for the size of the city and contains (at least) the following types of stores: Justice (clothes for girls) JC Pennys Dillards Nail places Hair places Shoe stores Atheletic store Furniture Mart of Kansas etc. The kids and I will often walk and peruse it, as much for exercise as for Window shopping...

Like most others have said, it does seem to be dying mall. It probably isnt as bad as you may think if you never been here and dont have high expectations. Food court is pretty good. They only have like 4-5 places to choose from, but they are relatively good. Sometimes it feels like a teenager daycare center, so mall security is more pronounced here. Parking lot(s) are huge. It is a good place to walk around and go window shopping.
