I love going here. When the "Open Mall idea first came out I thought it was the stupidest thing, weather would kill it, and it wouldnt last. I admit I was completely wrong!!! This place is really nice. Very open, lighting is great in the evenings and night, Firewheel staff consistently walking cleaning up, stores are spread out enough to keep the open feeling, but close enough so you exhaust yourself. I go here regularly to walk and get exercise. When I need a break I just stop in 1 of the stores and browse. There are also park benches spread out so you can sit and rest also. There are a good amount of restaurants, to sit and eat, whose staff seem better then typical, of those Ive eaten at anyway. There are a few spots for "fast food", limited seating indoors for those. I now love this place and applaud not only the staff, but also the architects.

This is the place I go to shop. DSW, Ulta, Brighton, Chicos and lots more. I usually find what Im looking for and most of the people who work there are nice. Love the area with the fountain and the nice restaurants, like Houlihans and Glorias. The exception to my affection for this mall is Macys Always a mess and never can find anyone to take my money. Hate that I never actually know what Im going to pay without finding a scanner. Whoever came up with their pricing plan is nuts. Just put a price tag on there that means something. And mall makers, can I just say that I really liked it when everything was under one roof. While I like shopping here, Im not fond of hoofing it out in the elements. I go during the week when I can at least park close to what I want to visit. Weekends are zoo!

This is an AMAZING outdoor mall! First of all, it is well maintained in appearance, and you ALWAYS see a security guard driving around, so you feel safe. It is has a good variety of stores, and a beautiful water fountain. Theres even a little train in the park for the little ones to ride! Like any mall, the stores switch out every now and then, but the main staples seem to be doing well. Worth a visit. (Also if you play Pokémon, there are a decent amount of Pokestops)

We went to a Japanese place here forgot the name golly it was good food and reasonably priced and it looked like they had a well-appointed bar I didnt touch the stuff I had a squid salad one day and it was not the usual calamari but it was actual squid I presume and very good I dont remember exactly what I would call the second meal there but service was great and we felt like we got more than our moneys worth and a nice restaurant

This mall has something for everyone, from books and card games, to cloths of all sorts with in the conventional spectrum. The side walks are very clean and visually relaxing especialy in the winter. The store has a few restaurants but all near the park, I personally dont like them to much. Merchandise selection is great but the choice on restaurants with in the main portion of the mall could you some work.

One of my favorite malls in the area, the open air feel makes it great in 60-80 degree weather for spending time with friends or getting some shopping done. With Texas temperamental temperatures, it can sometimes make this mall a grab and go shopping experience or worse, divert people to a different mall in balmy or freezing weather. Excellent mall with a diverse offering and tailoring to a wide crowd.

Outdoor mall that keeps expanding. You can spend an entire day shopping dining movies all in walking distance. Nice music playing outside if you want to just relax at the outdoor water features. Some folks love it so much you can move into the adjoining apartments. There is also business office space available. Clean and inviting atmosphere. Security constantly patrolling the area.

Firewheel mall is looking really run down. The last few times I have visited it was overrun with pretentious disrespectful preteens and teens. I dont enjoy shopping there anymore. Possibly an increase in sercuity staff would help with the teens. Maybe a good cleaning, some more trees or awnings along the shopping path would help improve the appearance of the mall itself.

This is an open mall. It has all the brands in the vicinity. It is quite expansive in area and also houses AMC Theatre. It has a big fountain and a park for visitors to relax. A small train ride is available for kids around the park for only $3. Choices of eatery are plenty too. Very good and easily accessible from George bush highway.

I liked the outdoor atmosphere, no hustle and bustle as people try to push by as though herded like cattle. On the other hand it lent a neighborly vibe, the stores were close together so you didnt have to drive to every store or wash a half mile (comparative to the Allen Outlet mall). It was a wonderful first experience. Thank you!

We live 5 minutes from Firewheel and we love it! Great shops and my husband and I love walking around with our 4 month old as well. Also they have a good selection of restaurants as well. During holidays they always have something going on and its always a good time. We had a blast for the 4th of July! We love Firewheel.

Excellent shopping center year round but have to say this place at Christmas Time is a credit to the season. Main attraction for me is some decent Italian food dive Eddies Napolis. No dive at all, a well operated and staffed Italian Bistro. Good food, Eddie is a creep. But dont let that stop a delicious meal. Eat up.

Limited stores, mall management runs AC/heat and does a bad job of making the stores comfortable also turns either off about half an hour before mall closes so it gets hot/freezing. Mall is usually pretty well kept and clean and has security constantly patrolling. Fountain is pretty and pokestops around.

I love Firewheel mall. My only complaint is in the summer when its really hot. Firewheel mall is an outdoor mall. So if you like the heat youll enjoy it in the summer. Weve had fun youth activities here as well--where our youth leaders hid among the crowd and the kids had to find us.
