Super disappointed. I took my 5 year old to see angry birds today and the movie theatre was the only one playing it and thats what she wanted to see. My 10 month old got crabby, so out of respect for other viewers, we left and went into the mall to see if they had ice cream. We stopped at the food kiosk, got her ice cream (there was a super sweet girl that help us there) and began to walk around while she ate it. VS was having a great sale, so we stopped in. As we were looking around, all of a sudden we hear a commotion, yelling and cussing from a huge group of women. From my view point of the corridor there were maybe 10 girls yelling and swearing at each other about to fight. Some of them had children that were about 2 or so. Tulsa county sheriffs officers start running down the corridor and not really caring how close to people they are or that they clipped a stroller with a baby in it ( we started to leave after I realized what was happening. I refuse to have my children witness that at such young ages). My 5 year old is super confused as to why I am telling her to not look over at the people yelling and to keep walking as we leave. 5 years ago this was not how this mall was. I live in south Tulsa, an equal distance from this mall, woodland hills and the iMax, I will never come back here. I felt super unsafe for my children to even be near this place. How has this place gotten so bad?

This is probably my favorite shopping mall in all of Tulsa part of that is because of the great selection of food in their food court and also I absolutely love their movie theater it is so awesome you can totally recline in their seats it is so comfortable for anyone that hasnt experienced watching a movie and their movie theater you really need to go just for the experience I think it is the best theater besides the IMAX in Tulsa and even the IMAX doesnt have as comfortable of seating as this particular theater does. Also this mall seems to have better accommodations for parking than other malls in Tulsa and you dont feel as far away from the establishment as other places around town. I highly recommend this to anyone because all of your shopping needs are in one place!

I was very upset at the fact that at closing time, the store that you entered, wont let you exit thru their store!! And I had to walk in the dark and cold, and in fear to my vehicle!! Because the door that they made me exit was in the back of the mall, and I had parked in the front of the mall!! You all need to wait until people have completely left the mall b4 letting the stores inside lock their doors which that is the way to their vehicles to leave the premises!! How rude to make people walk around the whole building at night and in the dark and in the cold weather without a coat and no security and no lights!!! Very very dangerous!!

Ever write one of those reviews wishing the details were better so the neighborhood would thrive? This is one of those for me. 1. Ive lived in Tulsa off an on since 1984. 2. This place used to be great and had all the businesses to complete with Woodland Hills. Now it just has Dillards and JC Penney. Macys is closing. The theater is nice and the food court has many tasty options. Theres a nice gym and the District is well maintained. Lots of smaller local businesses in here. There are fewer chain stores than i remember as a child which to me is desirable. There is a small play area for kids to ride rides in the food court.

Tulsa Promenade Mall is my favorite mall for many reasons. Parking is easy and close. The plush padded floors are comfortable to walk on. Tulsa Promenade Mall is growing, with several new merchants making plans to come in. Ive heard the plans, and there are exciting additions about to happen! They are active in the community and neighborhood. We happened to be there in the spring during a tornado warning, and they handled it exceptionally well. Over 7,000 persons took refuge in their four tornado shelters, and the mall staff were well trained when they jumped into action and directed us all to the nearest shelter entrance.

There are still some good stores and eateries here, and a nice theater. All of my photos are of the south parking structure, which is basically abandoned on the south half of the first floor, and all of levels three, four, and five. The rooftop of the structure would make an awesome place for an impromptu star-gazing (or city lights-gazing) or dance party. The lower areas would make good places for daytime naps, so long as your doors are locked. I hope someone revitalizes this mall, but I am not holding out too much hope. The trend seems to be against malls at the moment.

Ive always favored the large Department stores. It is said to think that we believe , all this digital age internet and social media saves us time and energy. I dont believe it. I know it causes more arguments do to. Misinterpreted text... Because the human value of reading body language and voice pitch are gone. So everyones running around trying to explain the text etc etc. Same thing online retailers half the time you call about returns or shipments and you hang up because u dont understand them. So go why u can before there all gone..

The parking structure here is known nationally for crumbling while shoppers are parked in it. The floors are uneven in the shopping area itself — "second storey" is more like stairs taking you to the 1.8, 2.1, and 2.3 storey. Macys closed their anchor store. But there are some redeeming qualities; most stores have interesting wares for sale, with friendly associates around. Unlike most, I dont hate it enough to want to see it gone. I just want to see it better.

We go here often. It is a smaller, more intimate feeling mall. Not five stars for two reasons. There is no Starbucks inside this mall, which is a disappointment for weary shoppers. And lately, most elevators and escalators arent working for some reason, and there are increasing empty store slots, as if they are losing tenants. However, still clean, bright, and many good stores. We will keep going regularly, all the way from our home in Cushing.

This mall has gone downhill over the years. Not many decent stores left in the mall. Ive grown up in Tulsa and remember when it was competitive with Woodland Hills but now I rarely visit promenade unless I have no choice. Some stores are closed during normal business hours and the food court is losing restaurants. The lights in the parking garage are limited and most do not work.

This place is the epitome of Urban Mall decay, if time machines are your thing, this decaying mall will take you back to 1985. The only thing that is missing is good shopping and decent food court fair. Save yourself the trip & avoid at all costs. The place needs to be torn down. There are plenty of other shopping options in other parts of town where you dont need to carry mace.
