Affordable jewelry & watch repair! The only downside thus far is that they cant order rare gemstones for replacement. They repaired my watch in minutes for under $5.00! I have gemstones they are ordering for a few of my rings & will have them repaired & ready to pick up within 48 hrs. Most repairs they can have done in the same day for you. Very friendly & explained the charges as he wrote up the orders. WELL WORTH forcing myself to go to the mall. PARK AT THE WEST END OF THE MALL OR......Steer clear of the "skin miracle products" being peddled in the center kiosks as you walk through the mall! They are a nuisance, make claims that no sleek package of any product in the world can possibly deliver on. Very temporary reduction of fine lines & wrinkles, but despite the photo shopped pictures they will insist on showing you, nothing topical in the world is a permanent fix. They even try to make the GIGANTIC leap to promising their products can reverse the aging process! Dont spend a dime there because they bank on Americans fear of aging. The temporary "fix" wasnt noticeable to me at all. I certainly didnt appreciate the hard sell by someone that is not old enough to have experienced anything but acne, & wont see a wrinkle on their skin for ten to twenty years. I walked away both times without spending a dime on "liquid hope"! Its 15 minutes of your life you cant get back! Much like your youth! ;)

Score one star for atmosphere. For a small mall in green county with not many people it can be way louder than the big malls in the big citys in more populated states. My ears were ringing. I could not communicate well with my husband resulting in him not ordering a drink for the 2 yr old. He finally got one and it was given to him in a small cup with a big lid that spilled soon as she picked it up. Card was ripped out of hand and swiped without question and wound up getting stuff that didnt want. Thats all because the food workers feel like their running a hundred miles an hour and dont slow down" you want this here you go" yea Ive ran into that when ever I go to a busy place in Tulsa. I never get what I really wanted to order and dont want to be rude and make a scene. Food was typical Oklahoma food, grose, unhealthy and covered in bland. Worshiping the burnt flavors and teriyaki and the good stuff taken out. We had came originally to see the Easter bunny which did not have any eggs to give out. We had 2 kids sit with him yet we could not order 2 small 5 by 7 without ordering 2 packages and a bunch of wallets that we didnt want. Got ripped off every where we went didnt get what we wanted at all, it was a wasted awful trip. After this Im not sure if I want to come back to this mall ever ever ever.

Im disabled and use a wheelchair. Before I needed a wheelchair I really liked going to this mall, but now accessibility is a problem. Many stores in this mall suffer from ADA violations. Many stores have aisles so narrow I cant get more than a foot through. This is especially true for hot topic. Forever 21 is a problem too, and the staff is far ruder than the employees in hot topic. There is stuff all over the floor making getting through very hard. But just for an example, Ill talk about hot topic. When I went to hot topic while I was at the mall I couldnt get more than four feet (literally) before I couldnt fit any further at all. It was humiliating, frustrating, and disheartening. Especially since they have a sticker on their window showing that their store was handicap accessible. This is a common ADA violation and something needs to be done about this. Aisles need to be wide enough to fit a wheelchair without the risk of getting merchandise snagging on to your chair and running the risk of knocking over a display. As a long time shopper at this mall, its frustrating to see the complete disregard for the disabled the Woodland Hills Mall exhibits. I hope the management of the mall sees this and takes action to change this.

I would have given the 5 stars but I have one complaint I dont know whos in charge over the food court or their regulations but I literally had to beg one of the restaurants to provide hot water in a cup so that I could warm my bottle for my child who just barely 5 months all tenants kept saying its against regulations to fill a cup that is not ours. Really? Come on people, thats fine but the least they could had done was offer one of their cups, but i want to thank Nori Japan for providing the water even though they explained why they cant .How hard is it to give customer service? I travel 2 twice a month from Dallas to Tulsa and that is not the customer service Im looking for. Besides that the mall is awesome and cool looking.

Overall this is a nice mall. It has stores my family likes and feels safe. We especially like to visit the candy stores and the food court. They recently remodeled and the renovations are pretty. I notice the newer stores seem to be trending high end now which will probably price us out of shopping for items that are not food or toys. Removed a star for the traffic and parking. The parking lot spaces are narrow and not particularly well organized. The lights to exit are few and frequently backed up. People often ignore the stop signs. The traffic getting to the mall from 71st is almost always crowded and Memorial seems to have constant construction to the north.

Just recently moved to Tulsa and this seems to be the best mall so far. Clean, spacious and semi upscale. Great store selection including doubles of bath & body works. For nerds who like GameStop theres that, ThinkGeek and the Microsoft store. Lots of clothing/purse stores including high-end MK, Coach and Kate Spade. Also a lot of shoe stores! Food court has an open floor plan so it doesnt feel cramped walking into it like some malls have. Ooh! I also walked into an Art/Rug tent on the outskirts of the parking lot which had a huge selection of different rugs and paintings. I loved the selection. Definitely will come back!

It has been a long time since Ive been to Woodland Hills Mall, and it has vastly improved. It is much cleaner, and well-lit than it used to be. Security is something that is taken very seriously now and contrary to the "mall-cop" image we all have in our minds, this security team is alert and stands ready. The maps in the mall are much more user friendly and the service personnel in the area shops are more professionally dressed and equipped with a better understanding of their product and customers needs. I was impressed!

This is a good shopping mall. Its always extremely crowded that is the major downside but its to be expected in South Tulsa being the only major shopping mall there. Parking at this location sometimes can be a major issue and there is just so much traffic in and around this shopping mall these are my biggest downfalls of this Mall. I would still recommend to anyone to go there once your inside it is a beautiful and clean experience and a lot of good stores inside as well.
