This place has transformed over the years for the better. I will say that they need to do a better job monitoring the childrens play area - a boy of about 10 was sitting alone, watching a much younger brother when I walked in, and at no point did a parent come to check on him or did he pull out a cell phone, for the hour and a half i was there with my niece and nephew. They might have been there much longer. The younger brother started to cry at one point, and I watched horrified as they left alone and without any parent or guardian. Other malls have strict supervision by Mall security, and enforce the rules that no child should be left alone . I cant imagine what kind of mother would abandon her children to go shopping for clothing. I hope they didnt end up as a missing persons report. So thats my only complaint: that the childrens play area have more strict supervision, and security guards to enforce the rules.

I love this mall! It has convenient access off of the freeway and a huge parking lot! Great stores inside that always have some sort of discount going on. The playground for the little ones is always clean and its right in front of old navy. The food court is also clean and about every single store. The only small detail would be the people selling in the middle of the mall. I understand its their job to offer products but once youve said no and they keep insisting then they just become annoying. Other than that this is a great mall! Whether youre looking for something or just to kill time this mall is amazing!

Definitely on the up and up. More big name stores are moving in and the place is very well kept. Great variety of food choices as well. Plenty of resting areas for kids and restless husbands (couches not cheap benches) that even include charging stations. CLEAN RESTROOMS and even massage chairs and more couches in the waiting area outside restrooms. Good deals in several stores and most of the vendors in the walkways arent horrible and wont attack you like in other malls. More than enough parking spaces. Surrounded by even more great stores and restaurants. Overall one of the best malls in the area.

A mall is a shopping center turned inside out. "Hey lets take all these easily accessible shops and face them the wrong way so that people have to park and walk 3 times as far to get to the place they want to go" "Man thats a great idea Ted. Im starting to regret hiring you slightly less now. My wife, your sister, wouldnt leave me alone until I hired you. This is a way better idea than you last one, outside bathroom stalls. I get that bathrooms are stinky, but people wont go to a bathroom stall that is out in the open." the mall has bourbon chicken and an apple store so it isnt all suck.

The atmosphere of the mall has changed quite a bit. I started visiting it again to do shopping after the middle isle venders must have been told to stop aggressively going after shoppers. It was horrible. I couldnt just walk around and enjoy shopping, I had to deal with the annoyance of the venders and fend off very pushy salesmen. I havent been there for awhile and was pleasantly surprised on my recent visit. I still had to deal with a couple of salesmen, but nothing like before. If they put a stop to the venders all together I would certainly frequent Willowbrook more often.

The one star is for the cleanliness of the mall. Very clean place. HOWEVER, the workers who work at the little kiosk stands ARE SO ANNOYING! You cant walk by them without them talking in their fake accents completely harassing you. Even when you tell them "no thank you" they keep harassing you. The other thing is that this mall is no longer safe to go to. My last experience there was being followed around by two men who were up to no good, it got handled.. but this wasnt the first time. I dont even feel safe being in the parking lot, let alone going there by myself.

Ive never been to this mall as I live an hour from here, but I will never come back. I felt very unsafe from the moment I parked till I left and I only stayed 30 minutes. Two men even started exchanging heated words in the middle of the mall and almost started fighting or worse. Who knows? It was scary. Luckily security came quickly. I am just thankful my son wasnt with me. The crowd here just wasnt like any at any mall Ive ever been to. First time Ive ever been afraid in a public place. Id never come back and I definitely would not bring my child here.

I liked this mall overall. However some stores were unstoppable. Forever21 dear God this store is visually overwhelming. Everything is mixed, cant even move hangers in racks, racks overflowing and ugh I had to leave. Macys your new clothes racks look nice but your clearance is like hell. All sizes mixed, too much , too close.. If I were in a wheelchair I wouldnt be able to shop here. I left also without purchasing anything. Dillards store looks good, very few things on clearance though.

This is a mall where you can find clothes as Forever 21, shoes as CLARKS, TMOBILE and APPLE. I was sitting in a chair waiting my turn with the apple technician and took a rest. T MOBILE service was great, and if you want to buy a cell or have a new line, please go there! Great service! Clarks service was great when I was trying to find the best shoes option. And, if you are hungry, the Food Court has several options. Mine? Cobb Salad from Chick Fila

I like the shoe stores like shoe palace in the entrance, very dope, foot action in front of you when you enter the mall, foot locker, champs, etc.I havent went to this mall since little but I finally went for the first time in a long time a couple of years ago. Clothe stores are good, though currently aeropostale doesnt have really nothing for men, since its mostly women, but good. My favorite. Mall better than the woodlands mall.

Every time I come to the mall, the kiosk people have been rude, pushy and putting their hands on me to get me to buy things. One store owner saw me standing alone waiting for someone, came up to me and gestured me to go in the store when the lights werent even on. There needs to be more security around the mall because if he would,have done anything to me, no one would have known. Im scared to go back

Nice selection of stores. Anchor stores are Dillards, JC Penney, Sears, Macys. Newly remodeled food court + a play place for the kiddos. Were, personally, helping to keep the stock prices of Build-A-Bear up. And if that wasnt enough were also helping the Disney Store thats also located in this mall. Only real complaint is the vendors in the middle. Even our 6 yr old is tired of their pushiness!

The place is clean, well maintained and security inside is pretty tight. The dogs and the security guys are making themselves visible which is good. The food court is well kept and maintained. I just hope that the management will make some improvements on the Dollars side of the mall. It is dated on the outside, not like the side of the food court or Bar Louie.
