A mall in its 2nd phase of life. This probably, at one time was a thriving mall. Today it is more of a ethnic mall. Lots of jewelry stores and shoe stores including the big brand name shoe stores like foot locker. A large hispanic mercado filled with many many smaller micro shops inside it fills one of the old anchor store areas. We go here because there is a good large indoor play structure and several of those "quarter rides" that used to set outside the super markets. For an ethnic mall, this place is very clean, well occupied and has good food. The movie theater also recently re-opened and is very nice.

This mall went to hell after 2008 when Macys left, Macys had been in that mall for 46 years. That recession killed Sharpstown mall and its sad because in 2006, 85% of the mall was occupied by big name retailers, it was thriving, it was named "Best Urban-Mall" in the Houston Chronicle and now its a fancy flea market.. Its still in pretty good shape, Its not dirty and it does have a lot of security because the area Its in is one of Houstons ghetto areas. It has a Burlington Coat Factory in it, which I really like, they have nice clothes, name brand clothes for mark down prices.

Shopping is not a spectator sport, but with Orlando’s tourist throngs coming out en masse to sack the city from outlet mall to retail mega-center, it can sometimes be a contact sport. The cool part? Venues such as the Buena Vista Factory Stores and Orlando Premium Outlet on International Drive are often microcosms of sorts – modern day bazaars where travelers from distant lands, speaking different languages come to buy the things they need. Of course, True Religion jeans and Nike cross-trainers

I dont like malls this is the worst one I have ever been to lady just put my phone a screen saver I think she broke my case and offered me new one for 10 more dollars. I paid 25 for a case and screen saver its cheap materials screen saver was not put on properly and is already popping off. This was yesterday afternoon. Dont trust kiosk in front of Journeys shoe store that sell phone cases and screen savers poor quality. Highly disappointed.

Theres no proper security system there, I lost two of my phones there n they couldnt trace who picked the phones because the cameras arent working. I took my kids there play n sat somewhere somewhere close to the playing ground to enable me keep an eye on my children, I went after my little baby that was running around before I could get back to my seat my phones was already stolen. I do not recommend this place to any anyone

The reason I rate it Five Stars is because it is the home of the Career Gear of Houston the nonprofit organization that is managed by Jamay Fishback, in which I am a volunteer, that is helping to reshape and giving a second chance to the lives of men, and especially Veterans, in helping to get them back into society in a useful and productive way.

Run down mall. Not the cleanest. I also think they only have one bathroom and its on the second floor haha. Broken elevator. If you only speak Spanish or as a second language is great for you mostly everything is in Spanish. ☺️ Food court is mostly Mexican food but looked and smelled good. Lots of different stores than other malls Ive been to.

Felt like i was walking around in a indoor flea market in Mexico. It was dead inside when i visited nothing but shop owners standing and sitting outside their stores watching and staring at me as i walked by made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed. If it wasnt for The Uniform Superstore I wouldve never wandered inside

This mall is rather low with its small options. For example a gamestop there. Is called a GameOn. Most of the stores you see in real life dont really exist in this mall. But they do succeed in keeping the hispanic culture alive in that mall. But the entertainment like the clowns in this mall are BS

I notice every Sunday or any day of the weekend they have some sort of raffle or event for the family and little ones. They also have a movie theater I love taking my son there. Most of the movies are in english but they have one or two in english and you can watch it.

You can find anything here, and practically anyone can open a shop and sell something. Unfortunately, its not very well kept and has poor lighting. Its not glamorous by any means, but definitely a good place to find cheap things.

This center is a nice, inexpensive place to go. Turcios salon washes and dries my hair for $10. Brow Bar threads my whole face for $20. The food court has many options. Burlingtons always has deals. The movie theater is okay.

Attitudes left and right when you walk into the shoe stores. Only nice places that greeted me and was nice was foot locker and kids foot locker. The lady in champs was nice too. But all the others didnt seem to want to help

A converted Sharpstown Mall re-imagined into a PlazA that is welcoming to all families with a Latin spin. Bring the children as they will enjoy the space and activities and you will enjoy the less hectic atmosphere. Enjoy.

Everything I needed fashionwise is very much available at this mall, from shoes to jewelry as well as wedding gowns and sport jerseys. Theres something for everyone, it doesnt matter what budget youre working with.

Do not go here if your from out of town!! This is not how all malls in Houston are. This is ghetto even for Houstonians!! Ive lived here all my life and was raised in the Barrio... im hesitant to go back

This place is OK but it seems like its a huge Mexican flea market now. Thats all it caters to is Mexicans which is unfair. The new movie theater had nothing but Hispanic movies.
