My experience was less than expected. The mall itself has great architecture, but the people inside are... less than helpful. The people who work at the dermatology kiosks always try to lure you in to bad deals and scams. I always feel somewhat unsafe when there, and the employees are unhelpful and rude. When I was in the Macys at the end of the mall, I was browsing for a specific kind of curtains. I asked one of the sales associates standing around if she could help me, and she sighed and said shell find someone. After 15 minutes of waiting, I just left to the shoe section. There, I found the same employee working the register at the cashiers desk. I got pretty frustrated and left the mall there. I dont know if my experience was just a bad egg, but I wont be going back. I suggest the Willowbrook or Woodlands mall instead.

I love malls. I really do, or did. It seems like every year there are more and more kiosks. People, I know are trying to do their jobs, but its like a carnival anymore. Over here, can I ask you a question, just a minute of your time. Some are pretty aggressive and follow you a few steps. Its getting harder to avoid. Gone are the days of wandering dreamlike around the mall and making purchases you didnt even know you wanted. Now its get what you need and head for the doors. That being said, the shops are plentiful, but so are the carnival ran kiosks... sigh

Yes, I t is O.K. It is not great. I do not know why they use security officers there. One day I reported a person running into another car and I got the license number and gave it to security gaurd. He said that there is nothing he can do. He said that this private property. I told him to call the police and inform them. He just did not want to do anything. That is why it is not a great mall. People should go there at their own risk.

Mall is well maintained, if a little old, and is well lit with natural light. The anchor/big box stores are still here, as well as a Dicks, B&N books, and a large AMC movie theater. The food court is a bit small, but everyone is offering samples. There are no fewer than three video game stores in this mall, as well as a Think Geek. There is also a massage place located at the north end of the mall that I would recommend.

Security needs to be more careful inside the mall. I noticed men following people or hovering around corners with cell phones taking pictures. Then when I was leaving the mall I witnessed a lady being approached by a man who was of the same ethnicity as inside the mall. They were unaware of her husband waiting on her in the parking lot. I wont go to the mall unless in the day time.

Its huge, some covered parking offered. Multiple entries and plenty of room to move around with kids. The movie theater is a plus AND THEY HAVE A MICKEY DS IN THE FOOD COURT! A good place to visit when the elevators work and an ideal location for meeting friends. Its big, but not like the galleria so getting lost is not an option unless youre walking around aimlessly.

This mall has really improved itself continually through the years. Where many malls have been dying out (and Deerbrook once did about two decades ago) this mall has continued to expand and add new stores and attractions and remain updated. I applaud the ownership and management for their vision of making Deerbrook Mall a family friendly, inviting, quality location to visit.

My first time in, I went to see Wonder Woman & went shopping while I was there- theres a nice selection of stores, everything was kept up well & clean, well lit, friendly, & the staff at the Dillards there was extremely friendly & helpful. Ill definitely be back to see what else they have to offer & spend some time in the air conditioning this summer :)

Its a mall... its is where people go to spend what disposable income they dont have on overpriced items they dont need to feel rich and fancy. I know.. I used to do it. And I used to work in a mall... Always busy. Always has a lot of kiosk people that we all want to avoid. Great kids play place. A lot of good stores and the movie theater.

Stores have limited stock (online is much better), store staff arent that helpful, and staff are limited because no one goes to the mall anymore so they cant support a decent sized staff. I the only good thing was that I got to physically try on some apparel to see what size fits best. They didnt have the color in my size though.

Regional mall. Good collection of retailers, food choices in food court. Other good restaurants in areas. Vegan & vegetarian options. Large AMC multiplex theater. Some covered parking. Large well lit parking lots, yet some low areas in lot so water puddles quite a bit when it rains. Adjacent to freeway/interstate.

One of the smaller malls yet one of the best. It appears small at first but its filled with popular stores, an amc movie theater, and a nice food court. It has a ThinkGeek store and my favorite, 3D Games, that sell retro games and geek items, which is a nice little bonus to the already nice mall. Highly recommend

One of my favorite malls. So many stores to choose from and so many other great options like one of the best AMC Theaters with more than 20 different theater rooms and top of the line movies. Highly recommend even though this mall usually stays crowded its still a very family friendly shopping mall!!

Not that great, needs cleaning and building structure could use an upgrade, has a few stores no other mall or area has, like Sears, Earthbound, some book stores. Definitely no Woodlands Mall with all the fancy stuff but still worth a trip there if you need a full blown Sears store.

In sears they got some bad service in the tire shop. They wouldnt attend us in the cash register. 2 people walked in and it seemed we werent there. It was like if we were invisible. We called them and it looked like they were deaf. They got some bad service. Do not recommend

Deerbrook Mall is a very convenient place to shop located NE Houston on I-69 or the Eastex Freeway. Anchor stores include Sears, Macys, and Dillards. Mall security is very good. And the food court has a variety of vendors as well as a 24 screen AMC theater. Recommend highly.

This is a great mall to shop at. Very low crime, nice food court, awesome movie theatre and the mall itself is Super Clean. Plenty of parking with lots of good resturants surrounding it with a major highway adjacent to it. One of the top 4 malls in Houston.

Usually busy with slow walkers blocking walkways. Good food court and pretty good store selection, there is no apple store lol. Parking is sometimes a hassle especially if you are trying to find an easy in and out spot for a quick stop at the mall.

The only mall you ever went to if you grew up in the humble area. Its gotten better over time and its a great mall, but the AMC movies here are extremely overpriced leaving most people to choose Showbiz in Kingwood instead of braving a mall visit.
