I was looking for a store to purchase crystals for my wire wrapping that I do. The store has a small variety of stones to chose from, none of which have been cleaned or have been made presentable. I started this unpleasent experience by trying to purchase some crystals from the only man in the store (whom I assume is the owner). Not only was it hard to get any answers out of him about the prices, it seemed he had little to no knowledge of anything in his store. While in the store several other customers entered, were not greeted, they wandered around for a minute before feeling to uncomfortable and leaving. Reluctantly I purchased several dollars worth of crystals, only to be short changed 2 dollars, the man said nothing. Astonished we left the store. I will NEVER go back to this store, after the 3rd bad experience, this last one was embarrising. It seems as if the owner has given up on his store, possibly even life itself. I suggjest ordering your crystals online, or possible walking several blocks over to Radiance. (They have a small but nice polished crystal section)

Just a down to earth un-pretentious Pagan sort of place, .Yes Ray is a little truculant--- after all he is a real Navajo, and they have some different ways of speaking and interacting than we necessarily expect, than you will find at the Mall. If you want something, just ask. The prices are reasonable. He expects you are smart and know what you want. Hes not going to patronize or kiss up to people.

Extremely rude service. I got asked by the woman there if I was looking for anything in specific and when I replied "just looking around", she said " I dont have a cabinet for that" The man there watched over my husband and I like a hawk and made us extremely uncomfortable. Worst experience ever twice , I thought Id go back but it was a terrible mistake.

The Guy was very rude. Watched over my shoulder like I was going to steal. When i tried to have a decent conversation with him he rolled his eyes and ignored me. Never going back and I recommend you go else wear. Nothing about it stands out and the customer service was awful.
