I am heartbroken. I took some stuffed animals up there that were in perfect condition and one pony my grown daughter wanted back. I took them on Saturday and today (Friday) they wouldnt even let me go back and look for them. There was a Cat in the Hat, Pooh Bear, Raggedy Ann, etc. all in as good a condition as if had been in the store. When I pressed them to go back and look, a guy came up and said they dont keep stuffed animals and they were all thrown in the garbage and it had been picked up. However, there were shabby stuffed animals in the store and when I asked, they said they made the rule after they had those. So, why not dump them? I do not believe them and I would NEVER have left any stuffed animals. I am heart broken and would never have left toys there. I had some really good clean stuff but I can promise you I will NEVER go back there again. Everything we have donated has been in great condition. I do not believe they threw perfectly good toys away. No way. They lied to me. I have learned a very sad lesson but wont make the same mistake again.

This is a thrift store for recovering addicts (male). The proceeds go to help run the program. The day I was there they had allowed a family trying to raise money for an adoption the use of their parking lot for a mega garage sale. Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy when I see one type of community outreach program willing to help another.

We stop in regularly because they get new items daily. Great prices and have assortment of items I am most interested in the furniture and lamps. We have purchased a Martha Stewart buffet cabinet, coffee table, 2 side tables and office shredder. We are very pleased with with all of it.
