WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. If I could give negative stars, I would. The night shift is just unbelievable. Asked to have two sundaes made, a guy had just come from outside, didnt wash his hands in front of me before making sundaes then proceeded to wipe his nose and attempt to make the sundaes. I had to request that he wash his hands and mentioned that I watched him wipe his nose in front of me. Apparently it was too much to ask for because he called to his Neon Green hair colored, female co worker to trade her place on the register and make my sundaes instead. After filling the wrong size cups with the wrong flavor of ice cream and being corrected, she hands me a sundae with hot fudge covering the sides without any toppings or the lids. She then takes the cups and sprays runny whipped cream hanging off the sides of the cup. I was polite until that point and walked out without the sundaes.

The one star is for night shift. Im sorry if its a problem that Im a customer. And Im sorry that you are getting 1 star and not less. This UDF has gone down hill fast in the last year. What was once a weekend stop is now a quarterly stop during the year. Keep rolling your eyes night shift when I walk in the door and see your sales plummet more.
