For a store that makes its money selling electronics, their crap never works. Their computers never work and good luck paying a bill there. Most of the time they cant find my info even though they are holding my bill and account number in their hands. And the rare times they do find my info, they cant get their credit card machine to work. If they are selling electronics then its probably a good idea to make sure their own store electronics work first!
