My visit was on 9/5 at about 10 AM. I went to the cafe to buy a Gatorade and there was no employee working at the cafe. However, 4 employees were sitting at tables in the cafe and did not ask me if I needed any help at the cafe when I was standing there looking confused. I proceeded to the checkout lanes and saw there was an open customer service lane....so I thought. A lady was standing back from the open associate about 15-20 feet staring blankly at a receipt. I proceeded to the counter. The cashier rudely told me that the other lady was in line first, and proceeded to talk with her for several minutes about her recent weight loss while she is returning some items. It sounded like they were friends. The other associate at the customer service lane helped the guy in line BEHIND ME who was not standing there originally. I finally then get to check out my Gatorade with the first associate, and she did not once smile, say hello, ask me how my shopping experience was, say thank you, etc. I am never returning to this Target again.

Went in recently to return a waffle blanket and towel that literally discolored after washing one time. Spoke with Brittany over the phone and she was more than helpful and assured me that another associate would help once I arrived in store for the return. Once I got there I was treated so terribly by the associate who processed my return. She dropped indirects statements suggesting I deliberately damaged the items. In addition, I had selected some extra items I wanted while in store and she was so distracted with helping the next customer in line that she forgot to hand me a bag carrying an item I had paid for. Ridiculous, rude and down right awful customer service. Will be visiting the FM78 location for future trips.

Very peppy customer basis. Overpriced maternity...really all their clothes... but cant say Ive ever had to replace the clogging or shoes Ive bought from here. Big selection of toys, though under stocked a lot. Electronics section is a bit miss matched and the process are higher then competition. Nicer environment then completion, like the carts (feels word to be happy about shopping carts) but they dont drag to one side or squeak. Went their cancer goes on sale after holidays, its amazing how much good candy they have for 70% off. If the prices were a little more competitive and they had a little more fashion choices then prep... it would get another star.

Sabrina is a horrible cashier! I bought two boxes of diapers which gave me a $10 gift card. At the register, I asked her to separate my transactions so I could use the gift card I earned in the first transaction for my items in the second transaction. Cashiers are always happy to do this for me. She said she couldnt which I know is a load of crap. Its not easy to get out of the house with kids as it is but having people like her working, makes my experience that much worse. She sucks and deserves to be fired. Has anyone else had this problem? I would love if target contacted me about this issue.

Went to this Target tonight, a VERY rude store associate walked right into my mother with her wagon, didnt bother to apologize or say excuse me. I was baffled! So I called it like it was, she was being rude. She followed us and I could hear her give a description over her walkie. Please honey, do you think you can go to work with a chip on your shoulder, act rude as hell and not expect to get called on it? Youre either stupid or just a plain idiot. Teach your associates a thing or two about customer service and professionalism.

Its a Target. Pretty consistent with other Targets I have been to. It, like many others, has a Starbucks inside. Store is generally clean. I have noticed some mislabeling on shelves or improperly stocked items, but there are price check stations scattered around the store. Kudos to the store for handling pre-Christmas volume so well. The line stretched around the store, but between a line coordinator and the high number of cashiers, I was probably in line less than 10 minutes.

They had girls jackets on clearance 30% off or more. When I went to pay. The cashier charged full price; once I informed her where I got the jacket from, she said a customer must have put it there although there were 3 of that color and several of that brand. The manager was no better. The majority of the staff seem nonchalant about customer service as well as the manager Quin or Gwin.

This is a target so thats a plus lol. But besides that the parking is horrible. The cashier Tamara is very rude. Doesnt like to accept coupons and argue with you about it. She took my gift cards and threw them away before I even used them!!! I had to ask for them back and she made a big deal about having to look for them.

The worst target ever ... Worst customer service.. Got followed around and when we told the manager they laugh and had a smile on there face ... Like if you are just going to be disrespectful you shouldnt be a manager and shouldnt be just sitting down at a table talking to an employee ... Do your damn job

This is a five star target...although theres usually a wait in line...they could certainly use more cashiers actually working out at the registers. The pharmacy is good with the exception of CVS recently buying out Target Pharmacy...

Clean store with friendly associates. Not the best one Ive been to but it wasnt Walmart. Their stock was hit or miss. But the associates were extremely helpful in finding items to meet my requirements.

Dislike this Target. Seems like every time we go they dont have or are out of what we are looking for. Feels like this is the common theme at the Forum. Staff is generally nice and helpful at least.

I love this Target! Ive been in here a number of times and the store is always clean, its so easy to find someone if you need help, and Ive never had to wait in a long line.

Parking lot is always crowded, and the hassle of coming here isnt worth avoiding other big name stores. Gift card giveaways for purchases is nice though.

Prices are too high for almost everything. Clearance or sales here are normal prices elsewhere. It is clean though, except for the bathrooms

I like this location, parking is a bit crazy but the store itself is nice. Well kept. Staff has always been nice as well.
