I went in to Office Depot to make some double sided copies. When I got there, there were several employees just standing around but, I could get no ones attention to help me. Finally I Broke up the party and asked for some help. I asked if he could show me the settings for making double sided copies he did his thing and walked off. I ran the copies and nothing came out. Of course he was gone and could not get anyone else to help. Finally he returned and there were five customers including myself waiting for help. When he came back I told him what had happened, He said sorry I’m going to lunch and left. I went looking for someone to help and spoke to young lady. I asked to talk to the Manager she told me that the gentleman that was helping me, was the Manager! I will never go back there again and will tell anyone that will listen about this experience

Reading the reviews at the opening scene I wonder if the customers with negative reviews because they could not find the store went to the old Office Max location in Windcrest. It was a very convenient store if you lived in the neighborhood, but merging and moving to the I35 access road, Windsor Park Center was a good more. I dont work for Office Depot Office Max, but I do like the stores and the service.

The employees at this location are rude and do not know how to talk to people. There was no one in line with 3 women behind the counter. They had me standing there until I finally asked if someone could help me. They still had me wait. I had the exact job done at the Forum location and they were very nice and got the job done within minutes. Will not return to this location!

Check out takes forever. Most of the time there is no one consistently at the register. I took 11x17 paper in to get cut to 8.5x14 and they botched up my $30 ream of paper. It was cut crooked and too short. Staff on the sales floor will ask if you need assistance on a consistent basis. Thats the only thing keeping me from giving them one star.

Everything here is overpriced and it doesnt seem like there is anyone who wants to help customers find what they are looking for. Even if the employees were helpful which they are not, everything is just too expensive. Might as well just get it from amazon and save on gas money and not have to deal with anybody.

I know theres no zoning law in Texas, but this is crazy! I wanted paper clips and I got chased by an old lady with a walker...not sure if the shot gun was loaded. If not, thank you very much Ma Clampet!

I went there yesterday to buy a chair the employee there actually saved me 40 % on a chair by telling me about the sale today. Let me know if I was willing to wait I could save $$$. Now thats service!

Pretty well stocked the staff of pretty helpful even to the point of trying to get you to buy stuff thats cheaper than what you first looked at.
