The employee I encountered needs customer service training ASAP VERY RUDE! Not only did he not greet us as we entered.. which is not a big deal but we werent finish asking about what we came in for before he answered the phone and and said he wasnt busy its just some lady asking about her warranty! Kinda wish my brothers were present at the time..I will never shop Mattress Firm again....done deal for me!

Tom was truly very knowledgeable and willing to answer all our questions. It was only his second time alone at the store and we wouldnt have known that had he not mentioned it. We recommend that yall visit Tom out at this location...even if he is an eagles fan. Lol Thanks Tom!!!
