VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. If I could put ZERO stars, I would have. Rooms to Go is in breach of their contract. I purchased a dining room table on February 4th, 2017. I noticed the WARPED wood planks by JUNE. (4 month). I placed a call on June 29th for a service guy to come out to my home. They came on Thurs. July 6th. The SERVICE tech just took pictures and left. No info, no receipt. He said he has no input on the matter and Rooms To Go will call me the following day which was July 7th, a Friday, but NO CALL FROM THEM. I called them the following week on Tuesday, July 11th. I spoke with Marcos Coronado (my salesperson), then for some reason, unknown to me, I ended my call with Aaron. I was on hold several times throughout that mornings series of phone calls which started at 9 am. n which I was hung up on, transferred and/or left on hold for 20 minutes at different phone calls. It has been, and still is, an EXHAUSTING experience being directed to several numbers all saying its my fault. NOT TRUE. IT IS A FACT. They will NOT SEND the SERVICE MANAGER TO MY HOME at my request to dispute their "findings" to inspect my table. BTW, I have the extended warranty which I NOW want to cancel and THAT is a whole separate HASSLE, Rooms To Go representative said the damage shown in picture below was MY fault due to "water damage". Which is NOT TRUE. In the 4 months that I have had my table, I have had normal dining experiences. No excessive water on the table - but how do you prove that - right? Re: Terms and Conditions And Dispute Resolution Agreement: Under section: "Limited Product Warrant", it states on #2: "This warranty does not cover damage..... due to alterations, misuse, abuse, or accidents." 4 months of normal dining, is NOT MISUSE. But they claim that the warped wood planks is MY FAULT and that it is not warped wood workmanship, but instead, it is water damage. Furthermore , verbatim from said contract: " If the furnishings we sell you are not free from defects in material and workmanship for the duration of this Limited Warranty, we will at our option, either (i)refund you the purchase price in exchange for return of the merchandise, or (ii)repair or replace the non-conforming merchandise. Please know my original intent was to get what is rightfully mine. Which is why I requested a 2nd visit to my home to inspect said table. And they decline in a message left on my voice mail saying the will not come out. I have saved and if I could up load that message here, I would.

I had a great experience with Randy. He helped me out a great deal and he gave me exceptional help. I picked a brown sectional and he told me how to clean it and got me a great delivery date. I cant wait to get it. Thanks, Randy My furniture was delivered after 10pm even though I had a scheduled time from 1 to 5pm. They didnt call me until almost 5pm to tell me it would be late. When I called the store I spoke with Jose and he had a disgusting attitude. He claimed to be the manager but he is a very poor representation of Rooms to Go. He was so rude I recorded the call in order to have his manager listen to it but the district manager has not returned my call. I told him he was unprofessional and he stated I was unprofessional in which I found to be stupid because I dont work at rooms to go. They treat their customers like trash because they want their money. They also overbook on delivery, thats why my furniture came so late. Jose stated they tell the customers 1-5pm but in small print at the bottom of the receipt it says 7-10pm. I still dont understand why my furniture was delivered after 10pm and they still had 3 more deliveries after mine. I told Jose to cancel my order and he told me they would charge me a stocking fee. He then hung up the phone because I kept saying I wanted to cancel my order. I called corporate and they got someone else on the phone saying she was the general manager of the kids section. She had a completely different attitude she was nice and understood what was going on. I could tell from our conversation she was an experienced manager. Still, Jose has made an impression on me I will never forget and I will not buy anything else from Rooms to Go.

Hi everyone, I recently bought lots of stuff from rooms to go, but unfortunately they did not follow up with my order, when my first delivery showed up, the dresser was broken, so I went to the store to speak to the manager he was very polite and promised that he would fix the problem. Unfortunately, he never followed through on that promise. He did nothing to solve the problem, never called me up until right now. So my second delivery showed up and the second dresser was broken. At this point I got very impatient and decided to go to the store again. Before i went to the store I called ahead to see if Roy (the manager) was in the store, the office told me yes he is and he will leave around 6pm. When I asked to speak to him, someone else came to the front. I then told him you are not the manager Roy, he said to me that he was not in the store today. Many words were exchanged to then was resulted with a call to the police. I JUST ASK THAT EVERYONE DOES NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE DUE TO BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY FAILURE TO DELIVER THEIR PROMISE..BY THE WAY MOST OF THEIR ITEMS ARE MADE IN CHINA AND INDONESIA.

It was a struggle to convince the salesperson when we came in to buy that they actually sold all the parts for one of their sets. We actually had to show the staff they sold certain items. Ordered the set almost two months ago and we are just getting close to finished after backorders and mistakes. One piece was missing all hardware to assemble after the box came open prior to delivery. After being told there would be installation of a different piece, no one wanted to do it despite there being no written proof it was our responsibility. We had to go back and forth arranging for them to make it right on both issues, with some lack of communication from the general manager. Another manager stepped in after that and was courteous. In the end, they kept their word on part of the installation so far, which is good. Waiting to see about resolution of the while order but I believe it will work out. These people seem well trained on selling but not on their own product or protocols. The furniture is nice, no major complaints yet.

What a terrible company! From their sales people, to customer care services to the delivery company,... theres absolutely no comunication between any of them... just terrible! Made our first (and only) purchase 2 months ago, paid cash, and still waiting for them to deliver an undamaged piece of furniture. They have tried twice and failed miserably. Going to try for a third time, hopefully furniture wont be damaged this time... If youre wondering why a third time if I had such a bad experience, well if i dont, they wont refund me my full amount, this company wants to keep 20% of what I paid (restocking fee). Really?? How can they explain keeping any money when they cant even deliver what we bought! When you call and try to get an explanation, they try to make you feel like its your fault! No one wants to take a blame! I can honestly say, I will never be buying from them again! Oh and if its your first time, please I recommend you go somewhere else.
