Deana means is a compulsive liar....did a phone search and her name came up from one the phone numbers used from direct furniture...not a customer! I purchased a dinette set a week ago; marble top table with 6 chairs...delivered without being set up; driver took off so fast and shortly afterwards noticed one of the legs on the chairs were broken and immediately called the driver but he did not answer! Message left on his voicemail explaining my concern. Well to make a loooong story short, after going round and round with the delivery guy and Hector (salesman at furniture direct) and the boss "Al" ...i showed up in san antonio at the store located on Goldfield (store# 105) with one of the broken chairs for an exchange per my receipt and was told the only thing that could be exchanged were PARTS....not a chair but a leg that didnt match the chair...unacceptable! I asked to speak to the manager and was told by "Hector " he couldnt give out that information, nor give out his name nor phone # ...i took out my phone and repeated the questions, " you cant give out your supervisor name nor number ..when hector thought he was being recorded. He panicked and called "Al", reported he was being recorded and pleaded for Al to speak with us but he refused and ordered hector to tell us to leave and if we refused to call the police. That day was their lucky day, we had an appointment because i would love to have seen that outcome! Call the police on your own sting? Hector was already sweating bullets:-)...

Beware! Condition of items delivered is very poor. Spent over 900 dlls on furniture and when delivered, there were several dents and scratches. When the items were inspected properly(same day) damages were found on several items. The couch was ripped from the bottom cloth, the chairs wobble, the table scratched and paint peeling, etc. Next day called and reported the damages, and asked for replacement of damaged items as per their "10 day return" policy. The owner did not answer, and the person found in the warehouse(who was also part of the delivery) said that the damages were not there when he delivered, therefore they would not be covered, and nothing could be done. Went to the warehouse to speak to the owner, and were told he wasnt there, and when we stated we could wait, we were told "you are more than welcome to waste your time." This attitude was surprising as during the sale and viewing of items, they seem to be very nice people. Sent a message to the owner once again, requesting assistance, prior to taking legal actions, as well as clarifying that we didnt want money back, just replacement of items in the promised conditions. Owner called back and said "This is a work number, stop calling"... Will be taking to court, but wanted to share this ASAP and maybe save someone else the trouble of dealing with this company.

Very bad service. Personnel are very rude. When I got my furniture delivered last Dec the guy who sold them to us by name Al came to my place to fight me after I paid what we agreed to pay. Also I had a one year warranty on the furniture and I came back to the store. The guy who attended to us was rude asking me to send the pictures and leave the store just because I was giving him feedback on one of the products I got from them. Said after all I paid only $500 for the furniture so I shouldnt complain. How rude is that. I urge anyone who wants to buy from them to stay away. They are not worth it.

Worst place ever, they deliver one week after the day they told me. The sofa I bought was scratch and broke in one corner, they guy how deliver (The same person whom sold me the sofa) delivered in his own personal truck. And after he put the sofa in my garage, I took in the little ottoman inside the house and he left without give me a receipt or wait for me to check the items.

Ive made several purchases at Factory Direct Furniture and have been extremely satisfied with everything. The furniture is well designed and a great value. The two pieces i.e purchased, (table, sofa), have held up as well as or better than anything I have purchased. I would gladly and willingly recommend Factory Direct Furniture to anyone.

Horrible customer service. Sounds like a kid that answers the phone. When he doesnt have an answer his way of responding is "you have to come in" and hang up on you... Dont averertise merchandise if you dont know the price or answer!! Service begins with customers. ....
