This places quality is a step below IKEA. Customer service is not really their forte. I bought a bed that I saw on the showroom floor and they gave it to me in a box. No problem there. The issue was that it was not the same bed. After opening the box and laying out the parts I realized that they had given me the wrong bed. Called them to let them know they had given me the wrong bed, they made me pack up the bed and drive all the way back across town so they could finally give me the right bed. They didnt bat an eye, didnt offer to bring me the right bed, nothing. They did nothing to correct their mistake. Not looking for a handout, just some kind of courtesy for MY time that was wasted. On a separate occasion, my wife was insistent that we look at a cheap, temporary couch from this place. I was hesitant because of my experience with the bed. But my wife liked a black faux leather sectional which was not really that cheap at all ($1000). We had to have it ordered which they said would take 2 weeks. Well 2 weeks became over a month and a half. We ordered the couch before Thanksgiving telling them that we just wanted to have it before Christmas. Should have been plenty of time. Didnt happen. We didnt get the couch until after the new year and had nowhere for family to sit when they visited during the holidays. A couple weeks later I sat on the "chaise" end of the couch and it broke. Being told that the couch was under warranty, I called and spoke to Mike. He told me that they would replace the broken part with an entirely new part of the couch and that they would deliver it after about 1-2 weeks, because they had to order it. I even took pictures and sent them to them as they had requested. Not once did they bother to come out and at least take a look at it. Another month and a half later they tell me that theyre just going to repair the break. I was pissed. Why couldnt they have told me that a month and a half ago? They sent a furniture repair man who was actually very knowledgeable and fixed it there at my apartment. He even mentioned the poor quality of the couch and that I could have spent that $1000 and gotten a much better couch somewhere else. Overall, this place is only about taking your money and not providing any kind of decent service to you. They are extremely unprofessional and are only interested in their bottom line.

The worst experience ever! It took them 2 weeks to tell me the sectional ordered was out of stock. I had to re order something totally different that took another 2 weeks to receive. When they finally called me to pick up they forgot to give me all the merchandise, told me to come back the next day, when I did, they said there was no one there in the warehouse. I had to go back a last time ! Not to mention that they reported I had my merchandise from the initial day I ordered a month before! So the leasing company was calling for payment, when I had no merchandise in my possession to pay for! Nick , and Mike the " managers" were not even apologetic and failed to report the correct pick up date to the leasing company after numerous calls to do so. Needless to say, the WORST experience ever ! Oh and the furniture is super cheaply made! Definitely fooled by the pictures in the "catalog"...and of course all sales are final right? Please save your money and go elsewhere... I have to rate it 1 mesely star for it to publish but If I could I would rate it negative a million.

DO NOT GO HERE TO BUY FURNITURE! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! i went in about 2 weeks ago do to an add on offer up..ordered a sectional it is the worst material EVER very cheap a totally different color too. went back and told them i ordered the sectional on display (i even asked if we could have the display) and they told me if i kept the one i have they would give me a free $350 recliner.. i denied and wanted a refund so they offered free delivery on a new sectional and even threw in a $100 pillow. called a week later, they didnt have my information and said it would be another week so i said i wanted a refund and the manager NICK was so rude and said they dont do refunds to call the leasing company so they can deal with it. the leasing company called them after i called to cancel and he told them they dont do returns and if he ordered it it would be the same one we have at home. which he never told us. thank goodness the leasing company understood how bad there service is and cancelled! only because i have to give 1 star to rate or else they would get none...

I had a really good experience with SA Furniture Outlet. My husband and I went there last year after seeing the ads on Craigslist. It was late and on a Friday. The place was a bit busy with a lot of couples and families looking around. However, we were greeted very quickly and told that they would assist us as soon as they were available. We found a bed we wanted and showed the Craigslist ad on my phone. They had no problem giving us the discount and because we bought the bed part of the deal was you can have a discount on a box spring or mattress. We already have a mattress so we purchased a box spring. They helped us load it in our truck and we left happy. I am actually going back tonight to buy a twin mattress and I hope my experience this time is just as good. Easy 5 stars!

We got a twin Penny mattress. Thinking it was a standard size twin to go in my sons car bed. Turns out the twin measures 36" wide and standard twins are 38"-39", which makes a huge difference when a toddler can fall between that 3"-4" gap between the bed and frame. We did open it since we thought it was standard, now they are fighting to even give us store credit. We asked to have a few minutes to talk and Mike followed us and pushed for us to get a King set as well. My husband and I mentioned to each other that we would start looking for us one, but stated we werent buying yet. Mike is being rude and has no way to contact the manager to discus refund or any other options. Not pleased with our experience.

This place is a rip off and the customer service really is unprofessional. .. i went in there and the quality of the frames is alright but the mattes session are you regular beds at double the price. I bought a set and a week later I called to ask of I can return and they said they dont except returns... who finances you and doesnt do returns. Talk about being locked in... as I was saying the customer service was horrible. .. did not show any interest at making a sale at all... no enthusiasm no smile no thank you no nothing. Very disappointed with this place. Now Im stuck with an unused still in box matress and frame for 900$ if you can go to ashley or even aarons, do it this place isnt worth it...
