Dont Even Waste Your Time! Today is 3/13/16...I purchased a sofa set and a queen bed set with box frame and rails. Those Items were purchased on 3/6/16. The sales person was very nice and helpful that is the only reason I am leaving 1 star. The items were scheduled to be delivered on 3/8/16. The items arrived that same day but of course with issues. The couches I ordered with the same kind of couches but a different color. The bed was a full sized mattress with a queen box. The delivery driver explained to me I just need to call the store and let them know about the issue. When I call I am told that someone will be out shortly to deliver the right mattress and switch them out. No one ever came and the person at the store kept telling me that someone is on their way. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP! The next day I get a busy tone on the phones all day. I finally go in person on friday and the lady at the desk apologized and we set it for saturday or sunday before 3. I am writing this 2:30 on Sunday the following week the delivery is still not here and I told them I work at 3 and need them before 3. The worst part is no one has even called me back or even acted like they care. This must be something that happens all the time. If it werent for myself being persistent in trying to get this fixed the mattress would stay here for good. SMH...My advice use another store

Horriable. Stay away it is not worth it. I am going to go through the process through Fort Sam to get this company blacklist. After purchasing a set not even three weeks later the stiching started coming undone. I went through the process and used the warrenty to replace. Once they got the approval I was told that what they had in the warehouse had a rip in it so they had to get more in from the company. Well three months later I still did not hear anything and yes we called periodically to see if they got a shipment and were told no. This has been since June. Finally last week I called and they said yes they tried calling(which they didnt and I have phone records to prove) but my stuff was to be delivered on a Monday. Well Monday night came no furniture, I called they said delivery people were caught up but would be there. No one came. Then they were closed for two days. On Thursday when I called they loomed up my info and said they would check with delivery people and call back. Never did. I called Friday the lady looked up my info once again said it would be there Friday evening, xome 600 nothing. I called back the person just told me yes it was on the delivery truck even though she never took my name or info. Needless to say still waiting. Horrible place scam artists stay away!!

I am extremely upset with this company. My fiancé and I purchased a king bed from them, and it was great- we brought it home ourselves. We went back last week to get a couch set (that was promised 20% off by manager when we bought our bed) - never received 20% off because he said they couldnt do it for a couch set (unprofessional) couch, love seat, and ottoman. The love seat came defective. The manager told us we would have a new one the next day. The next day came and went, nothing. The following day (by 7pm) there was still nothing so we called. They told us it would be delivered that night and delivery would call us. Delivery called us (very very nice men) and told us that they didnt even have it and the stock room called them to call us and tell us (unprofessional). It is now a week later of this ongoing problem and FINALLY the manager very rudely told me "well its not there because its not in stock. Well call you in a week and a half - two weeks when we have one for you". Furious. Definitely will not be going back for our bedroom and kitchen sets.

I had alot to put that the post wouldnt let me post it because it exceeded the amount. Everything that went wrong did. Bad customer service. Rudeness, disrespect, lack of communication, failure to produce product in an efficent time. I had to call a different supervisor from a different location. Even the delivery was dissapointing. Extremly disappointing. Recieved my product on 7-716@11:30 pm. Almost midnight n I paid in full cash @2:30 in the afternoon. I dont recomment this place to anyone. This whole incident was to be taken care of by mike scotti. Vp in texas. Im just so glad this is all over. Never again. Ever.

I purchased a sofa set that the delivery crew damaged during delivery. It has been 3 days and they still have not replaced the damaged sectional. I called and spoke with management who assured me on 2 separate occasions that they would deliver directly to me and that they were already on the way, meanwhile the drive calls and tells me that they havent even left the loading dock. 3 and a half hours later they still have not arrived. Is this how business is conducted? UPDATE: When they finally delivered it they somehow got the wrong address.

Mariah & the manager, Scotty were awesome!! I have shopped around and these are the best prices! I didnt feel pressured to buy and Mariah was very knowledgeable and THAT IS A BIG PLUS FOR ME! Scotty & the staff went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed and I was very impressed with that, because they are still getting the store together for their GRAND OPENING tomorrow. They did great under pressure!! Lol I will be back for sure!!

Walked in with an open mind and was greeted with Excellent customer service, I was shopping for my 3 year old son a new bedroom set. And the staff made me feel welcOmed and appreciated my time and service. Long story short I purchase a great bedroom set for a great price, it was high quality material and I am a very satisfied customer. I will definitely come back when I am ready to get new furniture!!!!!!

Best Place to go for furniture!! the prices are amazing!! Anna and Rey took care of me! I wasnt sure about it because the last furniture store made me skeptical but I came here and everyone was happy and having fun! I got a whole house for 1500!!! I mean it was a steal!!! instead of going to other places make this place your first and last stop! thanks again Anna & Rey!!!

Had a great experience with American Freight. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I didnt feel pressured to buying anything. They gave me great information on the different styles and even helped me pick out tables to match. I will definitely come back to purchase my bedroom furniture.
