Went to get a quote on couches and a bed set. Told Victoria everything I needed and asked her how much would that be altogether. I was given a price and I said Id come back after making a decision. When I came back to close the sell, Victoria asked me what I did for a living, pretending to make conversation, but she was really trying to scam more money out of me because after I told her that I worked in IT, she assumed that I made a lot of money so she tried to change the price to a higher amount and said that the previous price she gave me didnt include the bed frame. And she tried to pretend like she didnt know I wanted a bed frame when that was one of the main things I mentioned several times!! I told her thats not true. I told her that I needed a bed frame when I first came there because I had no bed set at all and she told me what the price would be with everything and now shes changing the price and making it higher. I wasnt gonna pay that much. Beware this is a family owned business and they lie and try to scam you out of money. Theyre also related to the people at Warehouse Furniture For Less on SE Military Rd. Its all the same company full of lies and scams. Go to well KNOWN furniture company where you are guaranteed honest service and refunds. These people order from vendors like Ashley Furniture and jack the prices up and lie to you like youre getting a deal. They also dont give refunds once you give them your money so be cautious. Just go to the actual Ashley Furniture website or store instead because the prices are cheaper plus they deliver if you order online and you wont have to wait 2 weeks to get your furniture like these scamming people at Furniture Mart.

BEWARE!! The 5 star reviews are from people that work there! These people are crooks and they are sister stores with Mattress & Furniture For Less. They show you a catalog of couches online and they change the prices from what they really are and make it seem like you were getting a deal. Theyll show you a couch that is actually priced at $500 from Ashley Furniture and raise it up to $900 and then turn around and say that they are giving you a good deal and only take off $100. I bought couches from these people because they made it seem as if I was getting a good deal but when I looked online at Ashley furniture the same exact couch that I bought from this store was $400 less on Ashley Furnitures website! So I actually paid MORE! These people are liars and scammers and they do not give refunds at all! Save yourself money and the headache and go somewhere else to a known TRUSTED company.

THEIVES!! managers brother is a delivery guy along with another man. We had my fiances phone when they walked through our door, placed the phone down. When they left phone was gone,we for tracked it a few miles from our home. A almost full battery and the phone was turned on and off multiple times. Called the cops and with the cops with us tracked the phone and called it, it was on then turned back off. Not only did the damaged our furniture and our walls/doorway bringing it in but they stole hes phone!!!. Police report filed and lawyer already on call. Disgusted with this place. Deff reporting to BBB.
