Stay away from this place. They will lie to you and give you the run-around if you have a problem with their product. We purchased a La-Z-Boy from them that was on the floor and was told that it had to be ordered, we would get it between 6 and 10 weeks. This seemed like an excessive amount of time but ok. After 10 weeks we began calling to find out where they were and were told on more than one occasion that they were on the way. after 12 weeks we get them and they are messed up right off the bat. We decide we dont want them any more due to the hassle and the fact that they were messed up then we were told that they were a special order item so they can not be returned but they would be happy to take them away to fix them, Really!!!

Do not go to this store. This store will lie to you. I have had multiple issues with this store from the quality of work to the people that work and run the store. The time frame they give you will be wrong. Add another month on top of what they tell you. The furniture will be falling apart when you receive it. They will warranty their work but this take a long time. I was without furniture for several months because of this store and lazy boy as a brand.

Great showroom with a huge selection of all kinds of furnishings. I didnt realize just how big the la-z-boy selection was. The saleswoman was extremely helpful and considerate and she was not pushy or rude at all when I denied a few up-sales. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the service, store, and my purchase. Its really nice to be able to try out multiple options and see what you really enjoy, before you spend a few hundred dollars on something.

I felt that I needed to write a better review for this store. I will admit that I was skeptical about going to this store because of the bad reviews it had. I just wanted to say that my experience was wonderful Ms. Cisneros was very knowledgeable; I described what I wanted and she took us right to it and 20 minutes later we were walking out of the store with our new couches. Thank you to the very friendly staff at this store.

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Salesman was most unhelpful. We tried to get better service from manager. First thing he tried to do was up-sell us. Textbook case of lousy customer service. Looking to make the extra $79 now instead of earning a long-term customer. I agree with the other reviewers. Stay away.

I would recommend only using this location to test which model you prefer, then purchasing online. Staff is RUDE and verging on disrespectful. If you wish to be treated like a Pleb and be overcharged, this is the furniture store for you. Dont give this location your money.
