If you spend $4800.00 on a sectional you would think you’re getting quality and that is what they keep saying. I have had nothing but issues with the sectional from day one, it will not lock together properly and the leather color is coming off. Also there is a crack where the leather just flaked off all together. Why pay more for a lower quality product? Go to Rooms To Go or Ashley; it is the same quality for a fraction of the price. Trying to get them to fix anything is a nightmare. I purchased a leather sectional from choice leather five years ago in May. It came with a five year warranty that said it would fix damages to the couch. I have emailed the contact info and filled out online forms, also left a message for the company. They refuse to respond to my request and I believe they are trying to wait out my warranty so they do not have to fix the problem. I have had problems with the sectional from day one it does not lock together properly and has never from day one. Also the only reason I bought the sectional from them was the sales rep who assured me that it was a superior sectional couch and would not have any problems for years with the top grain leather (that has faded off in several places) and the steel they used in the recliner that squeaks constantly. The main reason I emailed the last time about my sectional couch was a hole where the leather flaked off the size of a half dollar. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. I have had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to try and get my sectional couch fixed.

I recently received my second Choice Leather couch and chair combo in the past 10 years and couldnt be more thrilled. The leather is so comfortable and completely holds up to wear and tear - and I have a boxer dog. The selection at Choice Leather is big - variety of styles (everything from "cowboy" studded to sleek modern) and tons of colors, textures, and types of leather to choose from. Just ask for the swatches if what youre looking for isnt on the floor. I took home more than a dozen red swatches to pick the perfect color for my living room. And the best part - customer service is outstanding. The owners, Candy and Pat, and all the salespersons provide excellent information (for example - how its constructed, leather care) about the products with no pressure.

Great shopping experience. Within the first 10 minutes walking in the store, I had a clear impression of what they felt set them apart from other furniture stores in San Antonio. The compelling case that the staff made for their quality and service, the variety of options, and the competitive pricing (not lower, but in the same range) really helped me filter through all of the information, and make a decision in their favor. I take delivery of my sofa and chair in a few weeks , but based on my shopping experience, Im confident Ill love the furniture and wouldnt hesitate doing business w/ them again.

I bought my wife a new leather recliner from the 410 store. Im not the kind of person who can decide very easily, and they had so much to choose from, it made my job harder! Thanks to Mr. Sullivan my sales guy, who as it turns out also owns the place, he helped me narrow down my selection pretty quick, and before I knew it, I made my choice. My wife LOVES her new recliner, its Exactly what she wanted, I scored major points, and we couldnt be happier with our experience at Choice Leather. We are going back very soon for new living room furniture!!! Thank you!!

I had an excellent experience buying my leather sofa from Choice leather furniture. I went there once found what I wanted with the right leather selection. The staff was very nice and took their time to explain all the details to me, I feel like Im an expert in leather now. After I placed the order, I waited a few weeks and they promptly delivered it to my new place. This is definitely the best place to shop in San Antonio.

I looked around at Ashleys, Rooms To Go, Havertys....you name it, and finally came across Choice Leather Furniture. That was the end of the ordeal, they had the best selection and friendly staff who did not push me to make a purchase. high quality leather and delivery on time without any issues. You cant go wrong with them.

Bought a electric recliner and it did not work. They sent a repairman after I complained enough and he had to order a part. I received no follow up calls as to if it was ordered or when I should expect it . really no information update it all. Not impressed with their customers service.
