Although there are at least 4 Mattress Firm stores within a 2-3 mile radius of my house, I chose to go to this store, based on reviews I had read about others who had experienced great customer service in a no-pressure environment with knowledgeable sales associates. I also felt that during the Labor Day sale weekend, it might not be as crowded as other locations. I was not wrong. Tim was a knowledgeable, patient, and pleasant sales associate. We spoke a good while about my needs, how I slept, what I expected from a mattress, what I was used to versus what I might be open to considering. He worked with me and within my budget guidelines to steer me to one or two options that seemed the most aligned with my preferences, but allowed me as much time as I wanted to try out several options, determine the differences based on the feel, construction, price, focus of each brand, etc. I ended up purchasing the very first mattress which he had directed me to, based on listening to my preferences, prior experiences, and current needs. Financing arrangements for six months at 0% APR was easily approved and arranged to make it a more budget friendly process. The mattress and box foundation purchase was set up for delivery the following day; I was called the previous night, and given a two-hour window for delivery, which was met by the delivery crew. They also called me within about 15 minutes of arrival at my door. Setup was quick and efficient. Thank you, Tim, and Mattress Firm, for a wonderful experience.

We are extremely pleased with the service from both Evan and Bo! Evan knew what we needed based on asking us some questions, and he pointed us in the right direction to exactly what we needed. Bo helped in determining which pillows would work best with our mattress. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful. Weve been sleeping in our bed for a week now and couldnt be happier! Also, I wanted to note that our delivery window was setup from 1-3. The delivery guys came at 1 sharp and even wrapped up my old mattress with plastic wrap and moved it to the garage. I would highly recommend shopping here to buy your next mattress!

We went in just to take a look and gain some more knowledge on what type of mattress would work for us. Cody was so patient and very informative on the differences. He never pushed us was just kind and informative. Then after we narrowed down our choice in between two I saw a full size bed for my daughter. Cody again took the time with us and helped us find the perfect fit. We left purchasing two mattresses and would recommend this place highly because of Cody.
