I purchased a vehicle about a couple months ago at this loaction. Prior to purchase I been looking for a venza for months when my current vehicles needed major repair I decided to purchase a vehicle. I noted that this location had the model and color I wanted listed for a while under 20 grand for weeks. When I stopped in I was informed that they only had one red venza that they just got a day prior. The saleman or as they say sales consultant informed me that they have a price guarantee that the price on the vehicle is the lowest and is priced on a daily price for the market and is the best price anywhere even online. My phone was low on charge that day so I took there word for it. Well I found out that night after I puchased the vehicle that the vehicle that I had viewed 2 weeks prior was the same but at a much higher price. When I asked why I was told it a "groupon type deal" and it was my fault for not providing the Iinformation "so much for the price guarantee". I inquired as to why they said it was there only one day when in fact under two different sites (there own dealership site mind you) the same care (same vin car) been listed for 30 plus days. A manager told me what does it matter if the car was there 1 day or 300 days. Well it matters due to being dishonest and misleading. When this manager didnt solve the issue I said I will be leaving a review and quote "I should stay off computers because I am not good with them". Well I contacted and spoke to another higher up and I ended up getting the vehicle for the original listing price online which was more than a grand differance. So I thought that was the end of it. They apologize for the miss communication and I took down my review and went on with life. I paid 10 grand down and I didnt receive a bill so thought they we auto taking it out of my bank account. The loan is through a bank I have a account with. I get a call that they didnt get the loan set up because I didnt sign one of the forms. Well I am with the financial person that had me sign the paper so thid should have been done right the first time. Pissed and have delt with the prior aggravation. I made them bring me the paperwork. This man informed me that the vehicle info part was not filled in correctly and this varied from the what the prior person said on the phone "that i missed a signature". I had them rewrite the loan with the difference off on the price that I went through before, and for some reason know one knew about this till they communicated again together. Supposedly the person who adjusted the price back down was to have a meeting about this. hmm? So, I signed it all again plus the additional plan that cover to 100,00 miles that cost a extra grand to cover major issues like electronics in the car. Also, when i bought this car they kept pushing for this service plan. At first I said I didnt want it i just wanted the vehicle. Well the adjusted the plan price and i agreed to the service plan, they even brought in another person to sell me this plan. So tonight 2 days after dealing with siging new papers i get a letter saying that the service plan is unable to be done due to the vehicle being to old "2013". Well I am pissed, I am done this is the straw that broke the camels back. I am a forgiving person but this is all to much. All I have gotten in this deal Is aggivatation. No offer but to adjust to the price online which is what the car should have been sold as and misleading information. SO YET AGAIN I FEEL SCREWED OUT OF A GRAND. THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST TOYOTA. #HondaImissu...

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from the used car lot at Germain Toyota. I wish I could say nice things, but the bad things outweighed the good. Ill start by saying that everyone was friendly (to us) We arrived and started looking at the trucks. We were approached by who became our salesman Joshua Jones. He had a no pressure approach which I appreciated greatly. The problems started when we asked to test drive the truck we had our eyes on. Josh went to grab the keys and was unsuccessful in his first attempt. He said that he couldnt find the keys. He ran back in and came out with one key. He said that the other one was checked out to another salesman, and that he just grabbed the spare. This clearly to us meant that there were two keys. Wrong. When we decided to buy the truck we asked for the second and there was a deer in the headlights kinda look. He made a feeble attempt that day to look. He mentioned that the salesman that had the key was gone for the day, and hed investigate and get back to me the very next day first thing in the morning when he and the other salesman arrived for the day. It got tothe end of the day and I hadnt heard a peep from him. So I called him, and he said that he still had to look into it. We had to go back to the dealership anyway to resign a document, so we asked him. He then took a long time to go to the back and look. He referred to the fact that he had checked the paper work from when the truck was purchased, and it says that there was only one key. That really didnt make sense to us, so I asked why it sad the other key was signed out. His only answer was to ask the salesman who was rude to Josh about it and that caused our salesman to get a little to comfortable with his bad language with us. It was ugly and unprofessional. Long story short, he said that he would even look more into it still, but we never heard another peep from him. We only have one key and no solution from anyone at the company. Lastly, and this is petty, but, when we were finishing up for the day (right after we signed paper work, we were at the cashier desk paying the deposit) Josh asked us if we liked any of the key chains that were on display on the counter, he said hed buy one the next day and send it to us. That never happened. We did not ask for one, nor need/want one, but since he offered we accepted, picked one out then we never got it. In conclusion, this dealership seems to not value their word to the customers. It seems as if the salesmen are trained to tell the customers what they want to hear rather than the truth. Ill never return to Germain Toyota, nor refer anyone to them because I feel like I was lied to at least twice in our experience.

I purchased My car Last April on a whim when I was convinced to get out of my 2007 car with 115k miles because the brakes were going out and I didnt want to spend the money to fix them. I went in not even knowing what Toyota cars even looked like. I Basically chose the first car that I looked at. A 2015 corolla. They let me drive it home since I was so late getting there and told me to drive it to work the next day and see how I felt. I LOVED it! It was such a difference from my gas guzzling suv. This car had be averaging 37 mpg on my way to work. I literally just filled my tank for $18 today and that will last me 3 weeks! I went back later that night after they closed to see what they had to be sure i was going to get the right thing. I found a 2015 Toyota corolla still wrapped in plastic sitting in the back! Guess what I got! Fresh out of the package my new car had 5 miles! This car has so many Features which Salesman Tommy Lombardo showed me how to operate and even paired my phone with the Bluetooth device! He was very considerate of my needs and knew that I was looking for something affordable, good on gas, and stylish. I had to wait for my floor mats to come in and he called me bright and early to let me know they were there. I find that so considerate since most places would have just let them sit there until I called to inquire about them. When we talked numbers at the sales desk I felt so lucky at what I was offered for my trade and that I was only going to carry a few thousand in negative equity onto my new car. I was even more suprised when I learned that It was only $80 more a month for a brand new car even with my negative equity. They even cut my interest rate in Half. I actually did some research before I chose to go to toyota and learned that since they can finance their own vehicles that I was more likely to get approved with bad credit then if I went to any other dealership! If I would have known I could have been approved with my credit I never would have got my last car at a buy here place and would have avoided the negative interest. This dealership is brand new and feels so clean and professional. I love the bell ringing when I purchased the car and even received my first photo of me with my car taken by my salesman Tommy Lombardo. For a great car buying experience you should ask for him! I give this Dealership an A+++
