I will never be going back there! Alex needs to be fired!! Reynaldo is a wonderful salesman but ALEX on the other hand is horrible and I think hes the boss too and that makes it worse after i was told I was able to get a 200 several times but with a down payment of 1900 so I sold my only car today so I would have the down payment to get the 200 once I got there to carite everything changed once Alex got involved 1st he tells me that I only qualify for a car I cant even see out of to drive ( Im very very short) then he was giving me a price on it witch was the same price as the 200 and same amount down as the 200 that Rey and the other 2 people ran my credit the other day and they all told me if I came up with the 1900 I could get the 200 BUT Alex was pushing me to buy the ford not the 200 that I wanted and that I was told several times I could get If I came up with a down payment of 1900, so I sold my only car then went there to get the 200 I have the down payment And more and then it all changed he kept pushing me to buy the ford and then when I wouldnt sign he got pissed threw papers had a attitude the whole time throwing things being a jerk and then at one point said where not leaving tell we sell a car to you and it wont be the 200. NOW IM STUCK WITH NO CAR because they promised if I came up with the down payment I could get the 200 - I cant see out of most cars only jeeps and Dodge Dart and the 200, Alex totally scared me because of yelling, throwing things, that is NOT NOT NOT how you act to Cumsters! I was beat for 5 1/2 years and him acting like that scared me so bad I felt like I was dealing with my x! Alex said after Rey left that I better see you in the morning and you better get a car I felt like saying something but I was very scared too!! Alex needs to find a different job and should be fired!!! And if carite wants to make things right then thats fine BUT I WILL NOT BE DEALING WITH ALEX AND I WILL ONLY GET THE 200 OR SOMETHING I KNOW I CAN SEE OUT OF

Someone called me on the phone because I inquired about a car online. The person I spoke with seemed pretty reputable from what I could tell over the phone. So I went through the application process. Even allowing this person to run my credit. Once again, all over the phone. She states ive been pre-approved for a vehicle. Just take proof of income, I.D. and registration tothe vehicle I was trading in and pick out my new car I go to Carite on 23 Mile Rd and spend about two and a half hoursat this place for them to tell me I need a down payment of $3300 and my car.in order to get a 2015 Nissan Rogue. Not a new car. Nothing like she said in the phone interview. This place is a SCAM! They ran my credit twice which made 2 hard inquirues on my record. And that could stay on there for up to 25 months. I will be reporting them to the,BBB. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!

My name is Jonathan Sanders, it has been a long time since I had my own car due to financial and other circumstances in my personal life. I came to Carite, with no idea of how things work. I started with another Representative that referred me later on to Nathan Simko, at the beginning of us meeting he was a new guy to the company. After talking to him for the first time he made me feel very welcomed. He told me that he would do his best to help me with my situation to get a car. He did just that and beyond. He consistently contributed himself to helping me get the car I wanted. I think he is awesome and very professional. I would recommend anyone to come and see him for service. Had a nice car selection, cars I test drove were mint condition. Not the best customer service. Which is understandable they recently opened. Stood around for about 15-20 minutes with no idea where the person went after asking for a test drive. They are persistent and want to help you the best way possible to get into a car. Almost too persistent. The people who helped me just seemed to be smug. Talked condescending to me due to my age. As soon as I walked in, were wondering what my credit score was. Just for a test drive. Ran my credit score without my approval as well, with my drivers license. This isnt illegal, just not right. Hope the customer service gets better, cause they have nice cars. Turned me off to getting one there

I received a phone call from Nathan Simko after having a car break down that I had owned for 3 years. Nathan was very patient, informative and sincere about having a honest conversation about what I was looking for and how he could help. Once we met Nathan he was very attentive to my needs and made sure that I knew all of the options that I had available to me and what my choices were. Once we made the decision on what car I would go with, even now with signing all of the paper work, Nathan has been extremely helpful and very nice. I plan on referring anyone I know that is looking for a car to go with Nathan from Carite in Chesterfield

We thought we knew exactly what we were in for when looking for a new car. Boy were we wrong! Our sales guide Nathan was very personable and helpful in finding us the right vehicle for our family. He found us a better rate then we expected and even offered some sage advice when it came to selecting our vehicle, grounding us without stifling our options. Then sales manager Matt pulled us aside and showed a vehicle that we never thought we would like, and we were so wrong. We loved it, and we bought it. My friend JohnPatrick (JP) Miller works at this location as the service manager and has done a lot of work on my previous vehicle. When it came time to give up and buy a new car, he recommended I talk to Nathan Simko. I had a wonderful experience test driving numerous vehicles. I had my 89 year old great aunt with her walker and my 13 year old niece with me and Nathan was very patient and helpful moving the walker from one vehicle to the next. It was an awesome experience and I would highly recommend this dealership for both service and purchasing a vehicle.

Love the personalized service. The crew was great. Everyone had magnificent patience with me. I thought I could never get into another vehicle with my circumstances. Nathan was very informative on every step of my car buying experience. I never felt "sold". From the minute I walked in it was like talking to friends. I will always recommend for everyone to come in take a minute and change your life. This was the best time I have ever had purchase new or used.
