Bought a Ford f150 truck from here in February and it was the worse mistake ever!! It ran fine during the 15 minute test drive we took it on but 2 days after we got it home, it started stalling out and running really rough . I called Ross immediately and I asked him how they buy vehicles to resell them without checking over the vehicle? He claims they checked over the vehicle and wanted me to bring it down. So, We figured wed give him the chance to try and make it right. We took it down and his mechanic spent 3 hours looking over our truck. We left there with a new fuel pump and guess what?!?! The same problem!! So, I called Ross back and told him the truck was still doing it and we feel as if we completely got screwed out of 4 grand. He said to drop the truck back off. Well, we didnt. Instead we took it next door to rj automotive and had their transmission specialist look at it. They found a bolt in the transmission pan and 2 other bolts were missing and the final conclusion was the transmission was done for. The transmission specialist felt, if it wouldve been caught sooner then it wouldnt have needed a new transmission. Im glad I didnt bring the truck back to Gulf coasts mechanic because who knows how much more I wouldve been screwed. I really wish I could post pictures too because although Ross claims they looked At and inspected the truck before they put it up for sale... My spark plugs and ignition coils say and look other wise. They are horrible looking and look as if they havent been changed in yearrss!! What kind of reputable car company sells a vehicle without doing a damn tune up?!?!?!?! Smh good to know you all did less than mediocre work on things that are supposed to be apart of routine maintenance. So on top of the 4+ grand I paid for to buy the truck, I also had to put out another $1200 for repairs. Lucky for them, a good friend recommended this place or else they wouldnt have even crossed our minds so enjoy our money you made on selling us a crap truck!

Saw add in Craigslist. Called and met Ross to look at the truck. Took it for a test drive and liked the feel. Asked Ross if I could take it to my mechanic. No problem. We made an offer and he would check the front end. He said hed replace them and to come back in a week. I did and he did. Great business to deal with. Id recommend them to any buyer who needs someone to trust.

Bought a used truck from here. Had it a week everything started going bad in it. I understand it was sold "As Is but really? Selling bad cars to honest, hard working people. Smh...BAD BUSINESS! I work in the service industry, I see over 100 + local clients a week. Ill be telling everyone how awful this place is..and I mean EVERYONE.
