Do not buy a car from them without reading the reviews for their rent a car page at consumer affairs. They provide terrible service, thats a given in todays society, however they NEVER CHANGE THE OIL until its put up for sale. When I hopped in the Chrysler rental I got from them, the check and change oil lights were on. When I stopped for gas I checked all the fluids. No coolant in the overflow tank and the radiator was low, and the dipstick barely showed any oil, and it was black as tar. I added water, but there are no owners manuals in any of their rentals, they set them aside and put them in the car when they sell them so it looks good. So I didnt know what grade oil to put in the thing, and really didnt care due to the way they treated me. This car was at 26k miles, and had the factory oil filter on there! When rent a car places do get around to doing service, its in the back lot or at a jiffy lube which uses the cheapest filters on the planet. They sure dont use a factory Mopar filter. So this beater Chrysler 200 will run till its out of factory warranty and some poor sucker will buy it thinking it was maintained on some sort of schedule. The best this car will see is a few quarts of Excell convienence store oil to get the dash light to go off, then a oil and filter change the day before its put up for sale. What does this mean to you? It means accelerated engine wear and a shorter engine life. You are patting yourself on the back saying I got a car with only 36 or 50k miles, when after factoring in the increased wear its more like 136 or 150k. They have a 1 star rating at consumer affairs for their rental racket, but if you actually read the reviews you will see that at least 1 in 3 mentions the check and change oil light was on in their rental. This is NOT a isolated problem. Yes motor oil is higher quality than back in the 50s but a car wont run 20k miles on the same oil and last as long as it could have. Additionally, they dont touch up any of the scratches or dents the rentals accrue until right before they are sold. Its so they can bill the rental customers for scratches they may have not caused and bothered to note on the damage report. So a mobile paint shop run out of a big panel van goes to the enterprise sales back lot before the cars are put up for sale, and touches up the paint and cosmetic damage. Well thats great, right? No, its the cheapest paint made with added hardening agents so they can buff the repaired area in within an hour. This additional hardener causes the clear coat to shift and haze over, so 6 months later your beautiful like new used car has yellow cracked and fading spots all over it like some kind of terrible rash.

Worst customer service ever. I understand if you have rules you must follow such as not being able to take payments over the phone. I was unhappy but quiet and just asked questions about what other ways it might be possible. No debit omg but fine, can't have them go into another location to sign ok, can't fax for real just a sigh. But what actually upset me was seeing the guy who drops and picks people up just strolling in and out while they tell me I have to wait at least an hour because 15 mins away is too far when I was clearly upset and had somewhere to be. Multiple repeats of people steal a lot of cars...ahem are you trying to say something? Did I not seem important because I came in my gym clothes? I work out. Excuse me its a rent a car! Let me go put on my suit and makeup and come back or not. I will not be returning to enterprise under different circumstances aka with all my proper info and cards. Ill rent a car or two this year but not from you inconsiderate guy at enterprise. I work in customer service and sales and that is not the attitude I give to even my rude customers. Even I have my limit I told them at the end, no cursing and craziness mind you, that I will not be returning and my friend who is a frequent traveler for business will take his corporate account elsewhere. Not an empty threat he's already talked to his agent they are going with hertz.

Great service. This is the place to buy a car. No hassle. They go the extra mile. They make sure you get what you need. The service is above par. I am really pleased with their service, the cars, the way they worked the terms for me and more. I recommended a friend who used the Tampa Enterprise Car sales location since he lives in Tampa and he had a great experience and walked away with what he was looking for! We need to buy a couple of more cars for the family and guess where I am going to buy them? Enterprise Car Sales on Hwy 19 N. And I have 2 other friends who Ive recommended them to. Ask for Sim and Jason. Very nice, decent young men.Great guys.There is a foundation that Ive noticed runs thru the company that is really different. An old fashioned, service oriented, honest approach to sales!!

With our son going away for college, and our daughter driving now, We were looking to down size and upgrade our vehicle. We explained to David we needed something safe with great gas milage as we would be visiting our son often. He really took the time to hear what we needed and wanted in a car. We stopped in hour before they closed, honestly too look around and get some ideas, needless to say we found our car that night, low milage, very comfortable, had all the new gadgets, pretty color lol and a great price. Lauren stayed late to help us finish the paperwork so we could drive our car home that night! We will be back for sure! David and Lauren we will be seeing you again soon to find our daughter a car! I cant imagine a much better car buying experience than the one Ive had at Enterprise with Lauren and Chris. One year ago I had a horrible buying experience at Clearwater Toyota. After my recent car accident I was dreading going car shopping again. I heard about Enterprise from my banker, went to the lot on a Friday night and drove my new 2015 Nissan Altima home on Saturday. Ive had one issue with the blue tooth connection. Chris and Lauren have gone out of their way to discover the problem and get it solved. Terrific customer service! Im telling all my friends.

Heidi and the staff are great. I was directed to them by Audi of Clearwater as they were out of loaners. Heidi took great care of me and quickly placed me into a freshly cleaned vehicle. Later that afternoon, she called to be sure that I was satisfied with the vehicle. Exemplary customer service. I would certainly utilize their services if ever in the need for a vehicle.

This is a great way to buy a car. Everyone was very helpful at this location. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. From test drive to driving away with the car, it was less than 2 hours. I know this because my son was watching "The Goonies" in the waiting area and he didnt finish the movie. I will definitely be back when I need to buy my next car!
