I contacted the GM who is currently at the Clearwater Location regarding a horrible experience at Fitzmall Outlet Center on NE Coachman Road. He did not resolve the situation or come up with a solution. What is a GM for if he just spews rhetoric and lies? I am a successful business woman who knows when a GM cant fill the shoes of his position and basically has to lie to solve a problem. I also know when I am experiencing double talk. He basically lied to me with the added pleasure of his fast talk, just to, I feel shut me up. So here I am writing a review so people will know that if you want nothing but hot air blown your way, call the GM, as a customer, and see what excuse he comes up with. I have been purchasing cars on the West Coast for over 21 years now, and I always purchase from local dealerships to support the businesses in Pinellas County. My experience at the used car outlet center serves to teach me one lesson--do not attempt to purchase from this outfit ever again. The salesman that I tried to purchase a vehicle from wasnt very informative when it came to showing me used vehicles, and he swore he usually is salesman of the month there. Okay this is another lie, because if it is true and this is their best salesman, what does that say about the quality of the rest employed there, including the sales manager? I have run into real salesman at other dealers in the area. I have come to the conclusion that if you want to deal with a professional, quality person who is get this, actually good at their job, then go to another local family owned dealership and give them your business, which is exactly what i did. i purchased a pre owned jeep at a local jeep dealer and was very happy with the experience i had there. The reason why I was happy was because the salesperson at the place down the road has actual knowledge of all the used cars and you can tell the finance department knew what they were doing, because of the quality of the workers at the other place, my experience was straight forward and no mistakes. At Fitzgeralds, I had to walk out during the finance process because, I feel like my 21 yr old son who has no experience as a Finance Manager, could have done a better job than the one I spoke with. He did not know what he was doing and that made me very uncomfortable, so I left thank god, before signing the contract. Where do they find these so called managers? There posted price is the same kind of discount I got down the block at a non posted price dealership, and dealt with professional employees starting with the saleswoman, all they way down to Finance. I guess its the difference of doing business with people who know what they are doing........ and then there is the Fitzway! what a joke!

I recently made a purchase from Fitz and was more than happy to post a review. Ive had some rough times with this unpredictable economy and knew when I started my search for a car that my credit score would probably bring me bad news but I stepped out anyway. Fitz was one of the places that I looked at for the car I really wanted but it wasnt the only place. The reason I came to Fitz was because of the initial phone call I made. I spoke with John Tartino and he was very kind and patient and answered all of my questions. He didnt rush me off the phone when I told him my situation but assured me that he would help as best he could. That wasnt something I received from a few of the other places I contacted. Once I got to Fitz I was welcomed and shown the car. All of the information matched what I read in the car fax before hand and I really liked that I wasnt being "forced" into buying a car. They have a great team of people there. Michelle and Don went over all the financial information and I felt they really fought on my behalf, understanding my story and truly wanting to help. What I thought would be a dreadful experience leaving with my tail between my legs actually was the opposite! The process was quick but very thorough and it was all thanks to the staff!

Recently purchased a vehicle from this Outlet center and im very please with all aspects of the purchase. They have a reasonable selection of low($2500-$10k) to medium($10k-$18K) priced vehicles. Some have lower miles and others have quite high milage, they have a vehicle for almost any reasonable used car budget. The dealership posts vehicles online making the task of finding a car much easier. When I arrived I was greeted by Richie one of the sale associates of the dealership who helped locate vehicles in my budget and didnt make me feel like I was being pressured into a vehicle. After selecting a vehicle I was interested in, they allowed me to take it to my personal mechanic to make sure it was checked out by someone I know and trust. Though they do have a 100+ point inspection, you can never be to careful when making an investment like a vehicle. When it came to financing the Business Manager Joe was extremely helpful and patient when it came to double checking all the facts and figures of the purchase. Overall both the staff and vehicles are of great quality.

This was the worst experience of my life buying a car at is dealership. They were unprofessional wanted to leave early because it was getting late using terrible language and wanted everyone out. The finanance person said they could not find my second key but they would drive it out to me but clearly she just wanted me out. I still 8 months later do it have the key. Now I am trying to renew my tags online like I always do but guess what there is a problem with the Hyundaii I bought from them. Need a bunch of paperwork filled out and I am pissed off because I do not have time for this. Never had this happen before. They are doing a half assed job and no care for customers. Also I signed papers and so did the finance agent that it was never a rental but guess what rental paperwork and registration were found when we cleaned the car out. My advice do not go there and they may be in for a lawsuit I have his signature it was never a rental.... Whoops you forgot to clear it out!!!!

Everyone here was amazing. Natalie was my salesperson and she is fantastic- super helpful, friendly, and to the point. Mindy is a bit of a miracle worker, and even though I do not have any credit, she was able to find financing at an extremely reasonable rate that fit within my budget. I happened to stop by this dealership after a horrible experience at Clearwater Toyota, right before they closed on a Sunday. These ladies were so nice and honest- there was no nonsense, hidden fees, running back and forth, playing with numbers, or anything like I had just experienced. The entire process was just...easy. I found a fantastic car that I love. They let me know the next morning that the financing had been approved, and I was able to go up after work to do the paperwork and drive it home. I cant say enough good things about the team here, and I have told everyone how great they are. I will definitely come back the next time I am looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you all!
